and Enhancement of Digicel GSM network and during ollout

(" Excellent knowledge of Vendor Equipment (Ericsson).
/" Perform design criteria, system dimensioning, link budget, traffic analysis, site candidate
evaluation and selection
1" ully proficient in set!up, calibration, utili"ation and data post processing of
various design # optimi"ation equipment and software including but not
limited to $E%&, 'E%(, )*$+,, %)P+'(.
2" -ood knowledge # understanding of system topology and air interface parameters for
-&%.-P/&, # E0-E.
3" *arry out optimi"ation tec1niques (proper antenna selection for optimal 1ori"ontal.vertical
performance, mec1anical.electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna
clearance, neig1bor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site.cluster performance.
4" -enerate / engineering related reports in Excel, )ccess, &23 as required.
5" %onitor t1e performance of 4&*, daily to ensure t1at t1ey are performing wit1in 0igicel5s
key /adio requency performance indicators and benc1marked figures.

(" *ollect field measurements t1roug1 drive!testing to get live network
performance and to analyse problems in specific areas. ield measurements
are collected and reported for t1e entire network regularly used to monitor
bot1 -&% drive test :P+s.
;.7. )nalyse log files from field measurements and rectify any network problems
detected.
;.9. Perform regular consistency c1ecks of network parameter settings. /equest
