This Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) access controller is the 3

rd

generation controller. With newly added functions it is one of the most advanced
standalone access controller. The controller is built on powerful modern Central
Processing Unit. It manages up to 500 card holders, and access mode can be set to
Authorized Card Only, Authorized Card or Public PIN and Authorized Card +
Personal PIN. Additional functions includes: door sensor input, alarm relay output,
safe mode and anti-break. Door bell, exit button and electric locks can be
connected to the controller. When users forget the programming password, they
can restore the factory default password without erasing the card holders
information. It is ideal for different occasions such as business apartment,
governmental, factory buildings and so on.

4. Functions and settings
1) Default password: programming password: 990101, public
password: 1234, personal password: 0000.
2) Enter programming mode: Press [*]+[990101]
3) Settings (Enter programming mode firstly, letters inside []
represents the key to press)
A. Change programming password:
Press [0]+ [new 6 digits password]+ [confirm new password]
B. Change access mode:
Press [1]+[0] (Authorized Card or Public Password)
Press [1]+[1] (Authorized Card and Personal Password)
Note: If access mode is set to Authorized Card and Personal
Password, card holders should input personal password within 10
seconds after presenting their cards to the reader. The personal
password can not be used alone. The default mode is Authorized
Card Only.
C. Set authorized card:
Press [5]+ [3 digits card index 1]+ [card index 2]+ !+[card index
n]+[*]
If the cards are presented in sequence, all of them will be enrolled
after [*] pressed. Card index ranges from 001 to 500 exclusively.
Default personal password: 0000
D. Delete authorized card: (in 3 ways):
Press [86] to delete all cards
Press [7]+presenting the card+[*] to delete specific card
Press [7]+ [3 digits card index]+[*] to delete specific card
E. Set door opening time:
Press [2]+time+[TT]
[TT] is seconds in 2 digits. Default is 3 seconds, that is TT=03.
F. Set door sensor input:
Press [6]+[0] to disable the input
Press [6]+[1] to enable the input
G. Set alarm delay time:
Press [82]+[TT]
[TT] is seconds in 2 digits. If it is 3 seconds, that is TT=03.
H. Set door sensor alarm:
Press [8]+[0] to disable
Press [8]+[1] to enable
I. Set anti-dismantle alarm:
Press [4]+[0] to disable
Press [4]+[1] to enable
J. Change public password:
Press [3]+ [new 4 digits password] (default 1234)
When public password or personal password is 0000, password is
invalid under access mode of "card or password#
K. Press [86] to restore factory defaults.
4) Exit programming mode
Press [*] to exit programming mode.
5) Change personal password
A.Press [1]+[2] to disable changing personal password.
B.Press [1]+[3] to enable changing personal password.
C.Press [#]+presenting the card+[ 4 digits original password]
(default 0000) +[4 digits new password] +[ confirm new password]
6) Restore the programming password
Short J2 on board to restore the default programming password. All
other information will be kept.
5. Frequently asked questions
Q: After the lock is opened, there are 8 short beeps.
A: The controller needs higher voltage; the power supply should be
checked.
