This study discusses how employee motivates to work effectively and professionally in the
organization. The most important element in employee motivation is compensation. In most of
the organization worker is not motivate. If the worker is motivating it also reduce the gap
between the upper management and the workers. That why I select this study which is very
helpful for all private and the government organization.

In today eras the worker in the organization is not motivated in most of the organization.
This is become very serious problem how to motivate the worker in the organization. This study
is focus on the factor employee recognition, job satisfaction. Work place culture, performance

In this study we have only two month time to complete our study which is too short to
Complete our study. In this research we cannot conduct the <ilate study we can only take the
