This is because pro!iciency in the Bhagavad- Gita reveals the eternal principles which are !undamental and essential !or spiritual li!e !rom all perspectives and allows one to per!ectly understand the esoteric truths hidden within all religious scriptures. (any great thinkers !rom our times such as )lbert *instein' (ahatma Gandhi and )lbert "chwei%er as well as (adhvacarya' "ankara and +amanu,a !rom bygone ages have all contemplated and deliberarted upon its timeless message. The primary purpose o! the Bhagavad- Gita is to illuminate !or all o! humanity the reali%ation o! the true nature o! divinity- !or the highest spiritual conception and the greatest material per!ection is to attain love o! God. Chapter 1 Mr.Ved Vyas informed regarding development of science and technology by stating that Sanjay had power to see war fought at distant place .( Now known as Satelite system and T.V..!e also e"plained sociological problems of society after war and it#s effect on women. $n order to cut long story (Mahabharta short he named it as %eeta. $n &hapter ' of Srimad (hagwat %eeta or Shreemad (hagwat %ita ) it is informed that *hristrashtra was blind. !is servant name was Sanjya. !e was given power to see war )sitting at a far distance) as if he is seeing all this with his own eyes. *hritrashtra asked Sanjay to e"plain what are my and +andu children doing in the field of war,( Verse ' of &hapter '
-ou see how suddenly we have reached to the .uestion of what power Mr Sanjay had , !ow could he see war place sitting so far away, /nswer to this .uestion is very simple. Science was so much developed at that time that Sanjay could set angle of *ish /ntenna to catch wavelengths of light or sound energy like we see now a days Tata Sky or 01T.V. sitting at our residence. (elieve it or not 23 years before when $ was '3 year old in a village ) where there was no electricity ) $ could never believe that sitting so far one can see everything happening there at far place. Today we can understand better. 4e can say with guarantee that it is possible and one can see what is happening far away on any place in the world or even at other planets. So first mystery is solved and there are no arguments. &an any one think any other method to e"plain today5s technical development of Television to coming generation after complete destruction, $t shall be my pleasure to know that. So there should be a story and there should be some characters to e"plain all this. Chapter 1 /hapter one introduces the scene' the setting' the circumstances and the characters involved determining the reasons !or the Bhagavad-Gita0s revelation. The scene is the sacred plain o! $uruksetra. The setting is a battle!ield. The circumstances is war. The main characters are the "upreme #ord $rishna and 1rince )r,una' witnessed by !our million soldiers led by their respective military commanders. )!ter naming the principal warriors on both sides' )r,unas growing de,ection is described due to the !ear o! losing !riends and relatives in the course o! the impending war and the subse2uent sins attached to such actions. Thus this chapter is entitled: #amenting the /onse2uence o! 3ar.
