Purpose
The purpose of this Benefts Review Plan is twofold, namely:
- To fully identify and plan for actions required to ensure the realisation of benefts envisaged in a Business ase, and to
ensure that those actions are e!plicitly resourced
- To plan for reviews of the realisation of the planned benefts once the pro"ect has been delivered
