AGREED MOTION TO EXTEND MEDIATION DEADLINE

COMES NOW Plaintiff, Innovative Display Technologies, LLC, and files this Agreed
Motion to Extend the Mediation Deadline.
Pursuant to the Courts Docket Control Order (Dkt. 37), the deadline to complete
mediation is currently August 25, 2014. Plaintiff requests that the Court enter an Order extending
the deadline for mediation until and including September 24, 2014. Plaintiff and Defendants
have met and conferred on the matter and recognize an extension of time is warranted, is in the
interest of justice, and is not for purposes of delay. Plaintiff and Defendants have scheduled all
mediations to occur within this extended timeframe.
Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court grant this agreed motion extending the time
for the Parties to complete mediation from August 25, 2014 to September 24, 2014. A proposed
order is attached herewith.
