The founders of 3C have come together to help the patients in the communities where the centers will be
opening. We live and / or own businesses in these communities or counties and have a vested interested in
our fellow citizens.
Our Mission:

Deliver the best possible medicine for
people in need while funding research for
curing neurological illnesses such as
SCI, MS, ALS and others.

The team at 3C Compassionate Care Centers are dedicated to providing the best medicine for those in need.
We understand that Medical Marijuana is a new and much needed alternative for many individuals to help
alleviate numerous and often painful medical conditions. As such, the team at 3C will ensure that our
patients are educated in the best strain of medicine for their specific need.

Our teams passion for making our centers a success are much greater than just monetary, they are personal
as well. One of our founders, Traci Fernandez, suffers from a rare neurological spinal disease, Transverse
Myelitis. Virtually overnight, Traci became paralyzed from the chest down and is now a full time wheelchair
user. Traci and the rest of the team: Her Husband, Her Father and one of her close Friends, have an intimate
understanding of how difficult it is to find relief from what can be debilitating pain and other difficult
conditions (stiffness, spasms, nausea, speech and more)
Shortly after Tracis onset, her husband and her co-founded a 501c3 non-profit whose goal is to fund the cure
for neurological conditions that can result in paralysis. They have had numerous events year over year to
raise money and in 2013 donated over $35k to research.

Profits For a Cure
The team at 3C has committed to donating 20% of all profits to continue to raise funds for the neurological
conditions that result in paralysis and sometimes fatal illnesses. The group will also be donating an
additional 5% of its profits to the communities in which they will reside. 3C strongly believes that their
centers can not only help those realize significant relief from their medical problems but raise funds to help
cure many of the conditions that cause so many people so much pain.

We look forward to joining your community and working to help that in need find relief and ultimately a
cure.
