The SMS is a parameter driven system. It allows user to define codes and related descriptions of data on the school, staff, students, subjects, classes, exams etc that are to be used in the system. Certain codes have been pre-defined to follow current standard as bein used by Malaysian overnment aencies. To ensure the complete and successful implementation of the system, users must follow and coplete the parameter files setup and data conversion steps. !ser may also refer to the "S# SMS !ser $uides on the data input uide for the related records. %ote that other functions that are available in the system can only be initiated after all the steps mentioned below have been completed.
