Capt. Sunil Saraf - Managing Partner
An alumnus of Officers Training Academy, Masters in Economics with MBA in International Business. Diploma in Real
Estate. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and clear vision. Capt. Sunil has cross functional experience of
21 years as Commissioned Officer in Indian Army, Senior Strategic corporate positions in International Trade, Finance,
Real Estate & Investment advisory in India and UAE. His last stint was as head of ZODIAC CLOTHING in GCC.
Successfully carried out the Organizational Restructuring and achieved increase in bottom line of 40% over 2.5 years. He
also heads Tanjay Real Estate an advisory firm.
CA Pankaj Mundra - Managing Partner
A Chartered Accountant with 11 years of Banking experience ranging from Consumer Banking to Financial Institutions in
areas of Strategic & Financial Planning. Expert in structuring of trade finance activities. Pankaj has worked with ICICI
BANK, Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO and Mashreq Bank. His last stint was with Mashreq Bank before he
decided to move on his own by starting NIMAI. Negotiated and Restructured Financing for Corporate / Operational
Liquidity/trade Finance deals on favorable terms from Financial Institutions to fit the Corporate Strategy and save
financing costs. Managing and developing Financial Institutions relationships . He is also Secretary of the ICAI Dubai
Chapter and active member of ICAT TOASTMASTER CLUB DUBAI.
Nisarg Dugad Managing Partner
Nisarg heads the Corporate Finance desk at Nimai advising clients on raising debt, capital, restructuring and M&A
transactions. Nisarg has more than 10 years of diverse experience in the finance field. A strong communicator, Nisarg has
leveraged his interpersonal and relationship management skills to develop strong networks with individuals and
institutions. Having spent more than 9 years in UAE, he has worked on complex debt raising, restructuring and M&A
assignments. He is experienced in working closely with management teams and lenders both on the front-end structuring
as well as the back-end workout process. Nisarg is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002
and has previously worked in organizations like Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG , Nestle and Emirates Investment.
