VC is designed for different refrigerants with a wide ambient
temperature range from 0 F / (-20 C) to 190 F (90 C) and exposed to heavy vibration, dust
and corrosion at worst case application especially applicable for Crane operation.

REFRIGERANT & LUBRICANT:
R134a or R124, refrigerant and refrigerant charge dependent from technical specification and
design of FrigorTec evaporators.
R134a Lubricant Polyol Ester. (POE) / R124 Lubricant Mineral Oil
FRAME & PAINTING:
Robust, packaged steel plate construction. Removable casing with quick-release fasteners.
Painting: weather, acid and lye resistant 2 components AC structure finish RAL 3004 powder
coating. (Other paintings on request)
COATED CONDENSER COIL:
Air-cooled, special catalytic coated aluminium fins, copper tubes, with our coating a complete
and comprehensive coating of the Condenser is guaranteed, different fin space selectable (6
10 fins per inch). Please contact our technical support to provide the best possible solution de-
pendent from the working process.
COMPRESSOR:
Half hermetic Bitzer Compressor with Shut-Off valves, crankcase heater, oil sight glass and fur-
ther accessories.
BLOWER:
Industrial coated and enclosed blower included motor.
ACCESSORIES AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
Pressure switches for high and low pressure assembled special designed condenser control
plate, condenser unit is coming among others refrigerant dryer and filter, refrigerant sight glass,
Schrader valves for pressure gauge connections inside the condensing unit.
CONTROL CABINET:
To VDE, to be installed in the cabin/el. room/panel, main switch, fuse sockets and accessories,
control transformer, motor contactors, relays for drive- and fan motors. Siemens controls. Wired
complete with terminal strip turnbuckles on the panel and installed inside a casing. Controls are
designed for easy reassembling by local electricians. Please foresee a free space for the control
cabinets inside the cabin/el. Room/panels with following dimensions. Wiring bet
