- Provide all Benefits Counseling Services for the organization.

all clients, researching appropriate public assistance programs and work incentives based on
clients individualized needs, representing clients for Social Security issues such as
overpayment claims, creating Work Incentives Plans and PASSs, educating clients on
specifics regarding VA benefits, Workers Compensation benefits, Unemployment benefits,
Childhood Disability benefits, Student benefits, etc.
Achievements: Created new organizational system and trackers for employment services, resulting
in increase in employment success with a community hire rate of over 90%. Independently
pursued education to increase knowledge of social benefits to assist clients with Social
