TRANSFORMATION
TekMindz has developed and continues to be
engaged in creating innovative solutions for various
public sector departments, scientific research &
development institutes and autonomous bodies
under the government of India.
We have developed several innovative technology
platforms for the Council of Scientific & Industrial
Research (CSIR), the Department of Scientific &
Industrial Research (DSIR) and the Department of
Science & Technology under the Ministry of Science
& Technology, Government of India.
The Human Resource management solution,
developed by TekMindz for the Council of Scientific
& Industrial Research (CSIR), is running across 37
CSIR Labs and has over 17000 employees registered.
HRMS is also deployed successfully at DSIR. Though
the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research
(DSIR) is also under Ministry of Science & Technology,
Government of India, it is very different in terms of
processes from CSIR. With experience of developing
HRMS for CSIR, TekMindz used the basic framework
and mapped DSIRs current HR processes over it to
develop HRMS solution for DSIR.
TekMindz also delivered an online system for DSIR to
automate all their internal processes including file
stacking and their various schemes. This helps the
department to keep a track of all their processes under
which DSIR grants money to different organizations.
The online System captures the basic operations of HR
and the ICT based operations related to the new
processes setup for the Organization transformation.
The solution facilitates Process Automation, Process
Activity Monitoring, Manpower Dashboard, Fund
tracking & Report Generation.
Contributing to improved public service
delivery for the Government of India
TekMindz designed, developed & implemented
INSPIRE Scheme Program for the Department of
Science & Technology (DST) under the Ministry of
Science & Technology, Government of India.

INSPIRE is an innovative program sponsored and
managed by the Department of Science & Technology
for attraction of talent to Science. The basic objective
of INSPIRE is to communicate to the youth of the
country the excitements of creative pursuit of science,
attract talent to the study of science at an early age
and thus build the required critical human resource
pool for strengthening and expanding R&D.
TekMindz automated INSPIRE scheme which included
online submission of forms, internal file processing
within the department, mapping the internal
processes on work flow etc. This helps DST keep a
track of all their processes under which department
grants money to different students registered under
different categories.
TekMindz developed an Electronic Queue
Management System (EQMS) for Delhi State
Cancer Institute, under the Government of National
Capital Territory (NCT), Delhi.
Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) is an
independent and autonomous institution
established by the Government of NCT of Delhi for
providing comprehensive management facility with
the latest and most advanced techniques all under
one roof for cancer patients. The Queue
Management System, with inbuilt intelligence,
helps assign patients across various OPDs and
Doctors calling unit (to manage patient by the
doctors), Administer and view the overall situation
of all OPDs with respect to patients assigned to
each OPD etc. LCD panels are installed to view
output of Queue Management Application
(displayed on the LCD panels). The solution also
enables Bar-coded Patient card generation &
issuance of Token based on the scanned card.

SUSTAINABILITY
TekMindz developed a Cloud based
platform for managing charge network
stations for Greenlots - who are one of the
leading providers of electrical charging
networks and have installations all across
the globe. Greenlots offers both charging
stations as well as charging station
networks.
The solution enables the setting up of
charging infrastructure for EVs (Electric
Vehicles) at home, at work or in public
places which helps make the grid more
efficient and save consumers time and
expense. They provide low cost networked
solutions that give car park owners,
employers, municipalities, utilities,
automotive and other businesses the
ability to own and operate their own EV
charging network for slow, medium and
fast charging.
TekMindz not only implemented the solution
but were also involved in the requirement
discovery phase. The solution was developed
on pluggable architecture, allowing easy
adoption of new specification without
changing the core product. The design also
caters to the need of implementing devices
interfaces with different communication
mechanisms such as SOAP, REST, Web
sockets, Reverse HTTP etc.
We are now involved in developing of the
next version of SKY platform called SKY 3.0.
The new platform is an integrated solution
based on open EVSE standards that can scale
and adjust as the industry evolves over next
number of years.

Merchants then provide a payment extension to their customers where customers can
make payments using mPayment and/or mWallet. The mWallet will be provided by
TELCOs as an extension of payment for their customers, as part of their subscription
plan, to make various purchases. These TELCOs will also have Merchants register with
them. mPayment is an alternate/additional mode of payment that can be provided by
either the Retailers or the TELCOs, where customers can make mobile payments using
their mobile numbers for which they get billed by their respective Telecom service
providers in their monthly subscription bills. The GIS Component in the mobile handset
will:
Enable subscribers/customers to locate stores nearest them, on the go.
Be used to conduct spatial analysis on customer information obtained on the
basis of the mode of payment chosen by the customer for making the purchase.
Value-added features such as NFC and Touch & Go can be implemented in future.

The Government of India, for Ministry of Tourism, has taken major
initiates over the past few years to promote tourism in India. To
encourage tourism locally as well as from abroad - the
government continuously strives to provide visitors the most
memorable experience though the best services, safety and
security, information and facilities. However, in a country so large,
cultures so expansive and places so many to explore, there is a
clear need for technology driven innovation for a larger human
experience.
In a country so diverse, as exciting as it is to explore new horizons,
travelers in India have often faced cultural, lingual and safety
issues.
Local information, transportation, accommodation, food, personal
safety and social security are often the most concerning and many
a time, discouraging factors for a large number of international as
well as local tourists.
There was a need for an innovative, technology driven solution that
is available right at ones disposal at any minute and gives one all
the information one may need at the tap of a button. Moreover,
despite there being numerous such Mobile Apps available already,
there wasnt a comprehensive solution that is integrated with the
Indian Governments own Data Sets which validates the
