All of us experience problems. No one is exempted in facing this kind of dilemma
in our lives. It may be family problem, financial problem, studies, pressures, and even
self. Others experience certain problems to the point that their lives are in danger.
There are two responses in our problems. It is either you run against it or you
face it. But another thing you can do is to worry about it. But obviously, it wont help
you. Worrying a problem is like staying inside a burning house. If we allow ourselves to
meditate on it, we will not survive.
God wants us to run to Him and be ready to face the problem. In the Filipino
setting, it was said, Kung may problema ka, huwag mong dibdibin. Tuhurin mo!.
This reminder opened my eyes and made me realize that prayer is important when
problems arise. Why do we need to pray?

Prayer can be our release when we have tension
- Try to pray for everything, and instead of worrying, pray!
God is only waiting for us to draw near to Him.
- Asked and it shall be given unto you (Matt.7:7) Just ask Him, and He will give
you the desires of your heart according to His will.
There is no big problem bigger than God!
- Isaiah 48:12 says, Listen to me, Jacob, Israel, whom I have called: I am he; I
am the first and I am the last.
- GOD already knows our problems. He is willing to help us to get out of that
weariness.
In prayer, we can really feel that we are His.

I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will
bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)



Why does God love us so much?
Genesis 1:27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he
created them; male and female he created them.
We were created in His likeness. That is because He loves us. He made
everything beautiful for us. As Genesis 1:31 said, God saw all that he had
made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morningthe
sixth day.

But when sin enters in mankind, everything changed. From the perfection that
God has made for His people, Satan, Gods adversary, made a way for Him to enter by
transforming himself as a snake. And therefore, he tempted Adam and Eve, and that the
two fell in sin.
Thats why people suffer the consequence. Gen 3:19 says By the sweat of your
brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken,
for dust you are and to dust you will return.
Sin makes us separate from God. It serves as the missing the mark, wherein,
our hearts became so very hard.
Our fight is not over our fellow people. Our fight is over the spiritual principalities.
Ephesians 6:12 tells us For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but
against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world
and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Thats why we need to put on the Armor of God, the breastplate of
righteousness, and pray in the Spirit all the time! We are always reminded to do this
because God loves us so much that He wants to protect us. In spite of our sin, He made
a cover up so that we can still do our duties as His children.
Genesis 3:21 tells us that The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and
his wife and clothed them.
But the cover up is not the real answer. Thats why God sent the Lord Jesus
Christ to cleanse us from sins. Just as Jesus said in John 15:5,

I am the vine; you are
the branches, If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me
you can do nothing.
Jesus Christ is the answer! He is the Son of God that takes away the sins of the world!
We just need to trust Him and accept Him as our Lord and Savior. When we abide in
Him, we can feel that God has a perfect plan for our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Just hold to God, resist the devil and he will flee from us!

How can we do our part, since God have already cleans us?
If we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, we will experience peace. But on the other
side, we must be faithful. There are virtues that God has made so that there is a seal of
goodness in our lives.
There are virtues that God has formulated for us. There are natural virtues and
supernatural virtues. There are three theological virtues:
Enables to believe what God had revealed to us. (Faith)
Enables to trust (Hope)
Enable to love our neighbors as ourselves (Charity)

And at the same time, there are Cardinal virtues namely: Prudence, Justice, Fortitude
and Temperance. These cardinal virtues help us to see our goodness and can help us
to see the seal of God in us.

More virtues are in working progress in us, namely:
Piety
Sincerity
Humility
Service
Purity
Order
Obedience
Poverty
Responsibility
Friendship
Loyalty.

Bottomline: it is very important to do what God wants us to do. God is just waiting for us
to draw near closer to Him. If we allow ourselves to show the virtues that God had
created, we can be the best person living alive! Why? Because we are in Christ, and in
Christ, the victory is sure.
Just ask and pray. Revelation 3:20 said, Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If
anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and
they with me.
