Components
Expansion device: Thermal expansion valves are supplied as
standard.
Compressor: Each high eciency scroll type compressor is
hermetcally sealed, quiet running and supported on
rubber mounts to minimize vibraton.
Indoor fan: A dynamically balanced forward curved fan
with a eld changeable pulley package, in order to match
the designed supply air requirements.
Condenser fan blade: Use of well designed propeller fan
blade has eectvely reduce the sound pressure level.
Refrigeraton
The outdoor units are come with factory Nitrogen holding
charge. Installer will need to charge the HCFC-22 (R-22)
refrigerant at site according to the manual recommendaton
Long Piping Applicaton
Standard maximum piping length of Daikin ducted split is up to
35mfor Cooling Only model.
Safety Features
High Pressure and Low Pressure protecton.
Compressor & motor current overload protecton.
Sensor fault indicaton.
Minimumcompressor running tme to ensure oil return.
Phase sequental is used to detect for any wrong phase
and phase loss during installaton and operaton
Command Performance
Standard units are equipped with microprocessor controller
and it is equipped with following functons:
Mode selecton
Temperature Setng
Timer (delay tmer for BRC51B and real tme tmer for
BRC51C)
Error code display
Auto-Random Restart
Whenever unit stop due to power failure during operaton
unit automatcally restarts at last setng conditon once the
power is resumed. However, the compressors will restart
randomly if more than one unit is installed and share the
same phase of power. Opton is provided to cancel this
feature.
Cabinet Constructon
Either indoor or outdoor is coated with weatherproofed electro
galvanized mild steel casing, with an epoxy is coated with an epoxy
polyester powder costng for severe external conditons.
Service Panel is available at the convenience side for both indoor and
outdoor.
Indoor Air Throw Directon
Convertble discharge air directon at indoor unit has made it
versatle to various architectural designs.
(Applicable to size 125 and above only)
Changeable Drive Package
Non-standard external statc pressure & airow requirement can
be sized by changing the factory ted drive package.
(Limited for belt drive model only)
Easy To Reach Access Valve
Discharge line and sucton line access valve is accessible
without opening the unit casing.
Insulaton
Polyethylene (PE) insulaton is used at every possible
condensate panel to prevent all forms of water or moisture
penetraton. Polyethylene, which is also a type of Closed Cell
Foam(CCF) insulaton has oered the following advantages:
Durable external surface that resists dirt tough and resilient
Higher degree of puncture resistance when compared to
berglass
Easily cleaned surface (if necessary) to further resist
microbial growth
