Significance of the Study

This study was anticipated to contribute additional information to serve the

following individuals and organization.
Owners. The findings of this study will be beneficial to the owners to
enrich their knowledge and understanding regarding the production process of
food manufacturing companies. The vital information gathered from this study will
help them identify problems which may lead to better strategies and programs
geared towards the improvement of the companys operations.
Managers. This study will help managers of the manufacturing company
to administer its cost and to pinpoint on the aspects of the business where
concentration must be placed.
Producers. This study will serve as a guide for them to be familiar with
the flow of food production of the Universal Robina Corporation. This will help
them in deciding whether to supply more products for a given period that will give
them more profit.
Residents of the Community. This study will give suggestions on how to
improve the performance of the company which in turn may result to opening up
of job opportunities for the people.
Industry. This study will lead to ideas on how to improve the production
process of the food manufacturing industry. As a result of the improvement of
operations brought about by the application of this study, this would help uplift
the economic condition of the country.
