PROJECT EXTREME MEET AND GREET RATIONALE Discover students who has potentials needed to suit in a sport club. Give opportunity for the students to hone not just their athleticism but also their leadership abilities. Incorporate good governance and ethical standards for the incoming club activities. Make the students be aware of the different rules and regulations, safety precautions of the incoming activities, the dos and donts. OBJECTIVE/ S Come up with 30-40 members only. GUIDELINES Registration The students will choose the club that caught their interest. All fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade students (Intermediate level) will be allowed to join the Extreme Society (EXSO). Accommodated students will all proceed to the try-out level. If they fail to pass the try-out level, they may go to their second or third club they have chosen.
Spotlight (Try-out) Try-outs will be held at the gym and the students who will demonstrate the best skills, game knowledge, and St. Therese of the Child Jesus Academy 22 Adante St., Taong, Malabon City

Students will be evaluated subjectively according to Sport specific skills, Athletic abilities, and Attitude The number of students selected for the club will be determined by the size of the facility (30-40) The club moderator will seek to find a natural cut-off point based on the abilities of the players. The club moderator will post a list of students who passed the try-out. Coaches must consider time, space, facilities, equipment, and other factors that will place limitations on the most effective squad size for any particular sport.
Orientation 1. The students will undergo orientation of the club will be discussed to the new members of EXSO. 2. The club moderator will discuss the rules and regulations of the club, safety precautions of the incoming activities, the dos and donts. 3. Club uniform and Logo will be presented. I. Philosophy and Objectives
Extreme Society welcomes any eligible student who chooses to try-out for the club. This club involves multiple extreme sports (Basketball, Volleyball, and Badminton). To ensure the safety and health of numerous members they must have the permission of their parents to join the club.
The policy objectives are as follows:
