Grunis and Presiding Judge of the Tel Aviv Magistgrate Court Zivah Hadassi
Herman of evidence of perversion on justice and fraud on the court in the
criminal prosecution of Rotem. The criminal prosecution originates in charges
of insulting police officers during his numerous false arrests, and abuse of fax
and phone lines in his quest for Equal Protection under the Law, and should
be deemed in material contradiction with the fundamental principles of Justice
and Fair Trial. The evidence shows collusion of a judge, a police prosecutor,
public defender's counsel, and the office of the clerk in conduct that
contradicts the fundamental of criminal court procedures.
