Final Project

Final Project or Dissertation is the last subject of the programme i.e, at the end of term-
III. The Final Project Paper is intended to encourage the students to take up an intensive
study of some aspects of management and to acquaint them with the analytical skills.
They are required to coordinate knowledge with the technique acquired during the
course of the program. The research must be based on primary data, rather than
secondary data.

The Final Project will be optional only for those students who score more than 5.74
OAGP in term-I. The eligible students who are interested may write a report on a topic of
their interest, under the guidance of a regular faculty of XLRI and submit it at the end of
the course (term-III). The final project is a non credit course, hence final OAGP will not
get affected with performance in final project. Once the eligible students opt for the final
project and their performance in the same is not satisfactory, the grade will still be
reflected in the final score transcripts.
