Your key responsibilities include:

/n this position, you will need to be committed to:
improving the current state of the 6.S. business by refocusing on the customer
e!perience in the stores, new products and store design elements, and new
training and tools for the 7ompanys store partners to help them give customers a
superior e!perience8
slowing the 7ompanys pace of 6.S. store openings and closing a number of
underperforming 6.S. store locations, enabling Starbucks to renew its focus on its
store.level unit economics8
-estoring the connections customers have with our product, brand, people and
stores8
/ncrease e!pansion and increasing the profitability of Starbucks outside the 6.S.,
including using a portion of the capital to develop international business.
