She also made sure that there are enough supply of medicine for the patient and collaborated with
the pharmacist regarding this matter. She also displayed adequate knowledge of dangerous drugs
and would account for said drugs accordingly. As bedside nurse, she took responsibility in
performing bedside care to the patients of her particular assigned area like doing nursing
procedures such as ECG taking, enema, blood glucose level monitoring and wound dressing. She
demonstrated good initiative skills by making sure to follow up examination and laboratory results,
and collaborating with the charge nurse to relay said results to the doctors. She also acted as a
good team player by giving assistance to the charge nurse and medication nurse, when needed.

Ms. Ang has shown utmost respect to the patients by always observing privacy and confidentiality
and ensuring that prior to any procedure, a consent should be obtained. She also adhered to the
hospitals policy on infection control and took part in this by properly disposing waste products
accordingly. Her ability to observe and document progress or any untoward changes in her patients
also helped the medical team to make necessary adjustments to the management of the patients
care plan. As part of the hospitals effort to deliver quality care, Ms. Ang and the rest of the nursing
department are encouraged to attend seminars and trainings wherein she has been diligently
attending these seminars to further widen her knowledge and improve her skills, and implemented
