INTRODUCTION INTRA

Objectives of INTRA
Compeleting my studying module in UniKL .
Gain exposure in the working environment .
The training process I have experienced and gain lot of knowledge
about Networking.
Industrial training in SOCSO I will develop skills in the application of
theory to practical work situations.
While I was training Industrial training, it gave me a sense of
responsibility for the work given by the employer.
While I was undergoing Industrial training
, it gives me even more motivation in employment.
This training Program will increase the potential of my lessons after
graduation

CHAPTER II
INTRODUCTION
Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) was established on 1 January 1971 to
administer and enforce the Employees Social Security Act 1969 under the ministry of
Human Resources.
The establishment of SOCSO was the brainchild of the late Tun Abdul Razak , The
second Prime Minister of Malaysia ,provide employees with social security
protection .Through the Employment injury insurance scheme and the Invalidity
Pension Scheme , employees are against unforeseen occurrences including accident
occupational disease and death.
The history of SOCSO progress is synonymous with national achievements and its
continuity is keeping with the requirements of its clients. By putting in place
regulation and proper planning SOCSO is moving in tandem with the country vision
by providing and expanding the employees social security network and
comprehensive services in meeting the challenges ahead and to ensure that it remains
relevant in leading the social security of the country ,SOCSO will continue to sustain
the human capital and ready to adapt with time in providing the necessary social
security protection employees.

Peneraju penyampaian perkhidmatan keselamatan sosial yang bersepadu dan unggul
menjelang tahun 2020.
MISSION
Meningkatkan tahap penyampaian perkhidmatan keselamatan sosial melalui
penggunaan ICT yang andal,efisien dan mesra pelanggan ,

JOB SCOPE
Schematic diagram were created by for the floor levels which the switches in the
certain floors are shown (Physical Diagram)
Lists of assets from the preventive maintenance network
Testing Troubleshooting for the switches.
User ID Menagement ,PC login ID Aplication via my PERKESO 2013 .
Preventive maintenance form (Switch Matrix) *Key in details( Soft copy Hard
copy).
Check downtime (W/H) (TELCO & GITN Analysis) 2012-2013.
Replacement of 2 rack Fan (Switch) Floor11
Comfrom Location of this list asset Similar from preventive maintenance.
Update user ID Mangement every moth (Mac-Dec) Counted the number of
working days in between Public Holiday & weekends.
Printing problem in Level 17.
Check ping IP ,network switch to test the opration of the network 46 branch.

OBJECTIVE JOB

Introduction schematic switches from PERKESO.


Introduction to the SOCSO organization IT department.
Meeting with the vendors on the network product.
Introduction of the server main Data Center (DC)in Putrajaya.
Learning Center Troubleshooting (Side Visit)in level 8.
Learn the System and device that used to connect the HQ,DC,DRC and 46
Branch network.
Introduction and learning about Data Center (DC) Server Room in PERKESO
HQ.
Introduction for the staff IT Department.

Meeting about IP address (Create new Vlan).


Meeting Techology update about with the vendor Company Fire Eye.
En,Rohidi is a mentor to expaline about OSI layer in PERKESO network.
