The candidates are advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of
online application. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be
accepted by this office. The printout of online application form and e-challan as a proof of fee
deposited by the candidate will be brought along with original certificates for verification at the time
of Interview.
2. Application Fee: Rs.50/- (Fifty ) for General Category and dependents of ESM
Category candidates

3. RESERVATION
i) Benefit of reservation will be given only to those SC/BC/SBC candidates who are
resident of Haryana State.
ii) Qualification regarding experience may be relaxed to the extent of 50% at the
discretion of the recruiting authority in case sufficient number of candidate belonging
to Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and Ex.-Servicemen categories possessing the
requisite experience, are not available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them after
recording reasons in writing.
4. ELEGIBILITY
(a) Nationality/Domicile:-
The candidate must be a citizen of India; or a subject of Nepal, or a subject Bhutan; or
a Tibetan refugee who come over to India before the 1
st
January, 1962 with the
intention of permanently settling in India; or a person of Indian origin who migrated
from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or any of the East African Countries of Kenya,
Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia with
the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a person belonging to any of the categories above except that of a
citizen of India, shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been
issued by the Govt.
(b) CHARACTER CERTIFICATE
No candidates will be called for interview for any post in the service by direct
recruitment, unless he produces a certificate of character from the Principal Academic
Officer of the School or institution last attended, if any, and similar certificate from
two other responsible persons not being his relatives, who are well acquainted with
him in his private life and are unconnected with his school or institution.
(c) AGE: on the last date of receipt of application:26.09.2014.
i) Lower - 16 Years
ii) Upper- 40 Years
iii) For Ex-Servicemen upper age limit is 40 years plus continuous military service added
by three years.
The break in service between the date of discharge and between 1
st
day
of the month in which enrolment process is started shall not exceed
four years( as on 01.08.2014).
The reservation of freedom fighter/their children/Grand Children are
applicable as per Govt. policy.
(iv) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/BC candidate as per Govt. instructions
issued vide letter No. 3/3/99-1GSIII dated 22.09.1999.

5. HOW TO APPLY ONLINE:-
i) The candidates should visit website www.hprbonline.com or
www.hprbonline.in, after applying online a registration No. of candidate and ID
No. will be generated.
ii) Take printout of registration No. and ID No. for future reference to
application and for reprinting of online filled application form and e-challan
form.
iii) The candidate should deposit fee in any branch of State Bank of Patiala
after 48 hours of filling online application and e-challan generation and within
the date as indicated in the Bank e-challan.

5. SELECTION PROCEDURE
(a) Scrutiny- After completion of online registration of application forms, these
will be scrutinized and a list of candidates found eligible shall be uploaded on HPRB
websites showing the status of application. The schedule of skilled tests in relevant
trade and interview indicating date and place of skill tests/ interview will be uploaded
on HPRB websites www. hprbonline.com or www.hprbonline.in.
(b) Skill test & Interview- Candidates who are found eligible shall be put to a
skill test to judge the experience in relevant trade which will be of a qualifying nature
and interview to judge the suitability of the candidate for the post.
6. GENERAL
(a) A candidate against whom a criminal case stands registered and is under
investigation or pending trial or has been convicted by a Court of Law need not
apply.
(b) Candidates will have to appear for selection at their own expenses and risk. No
TA/DA will be admissible. They should also make their own arrangement for
stay, if required.
