program. By using this software program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Installing and using the "Spectromancer: ruth and Beauty" !rogram signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you
must remo"e "Spectromancer: ruth and Beauty" !rogram files from your storage de"ices and
cease to use the product.
1. This software program, including any electronic documentation (collectively, the
"Program"), any printed materials, and any and all copies of such Program and materials
are the copyrighted work of Three Donkeys ! ("Three Donkeys !") and"or its affiliates
or su#sidiaries, and"or its suppliers or licensors. $ll rights are reserved, e%cept as
e%pressly stated #elow. &our use of the Program is governed #y the terms of this 'nd (ser
icense $greement (the "icense $greement"). The Program is solely for use #y end users
according to the terms of the icense $greement. $ny use, reproduction or redistri#ution
of the Program not in accordance with the terms of the icense $greement is e%pressly
prohi#ited.

hree #onkeys $$C hereby grants, and by using the !rogram you thereby accept, a limited, non%
e&clusi"e license and right to install and'or use the !rogram on your personal computers
belonging or primarily used by you (for e&ample, on your home computer(s) and a laptop) with the
e&press understanding that the !rogram is licensed, not sold, and that your license confers no
title or ownership of the !rogram.
If you wish to use the !rogram on more computers than the program automatically allows, hree
#onkeys $$C or its affiliate*s customer support may (in its sole discretion) increase the number of
computers on which the !rogram may be used on a case by case basis. If you need to increase
any limits the game places on the number of installs you can use, simply contact us and we'll be
happy to adjust the settings on your license code to make this happen. his license is not a sale
of the original software program (which means that the fee you paid gi"es you the right only to
use the !rogram). o a"oid any misunderstandings, the license granted hereunder is for one
indi"idual person and the !rogram will be deemed in "use" on a computer when it is loaded onto
temporary memory (i.e., +,-) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, C#%+.-
or other storage de"ice) of a computer. Installation of the !rogram on a network ser"er is strictly
prohibited. /othing in this ,greement shall be construed as granting any right to use the !rogram
on a computer that is not owned or primarily used by you.
*. +ntellectual Property ,wnership.
,ll title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the !rogram and any and all
copies thereof (including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names,
proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer code, themes, ob0ects, characters, character names,
stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical
compositions, audio%"isual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related
documentation, and "applets" incorporated into the !rogram) are owned by hree #onkeys $$C
or its licensors. he !rogram is protected by the copyright laws of Canada, the 1nited States,
international copyright treaties and con"entions and other laws. ,ll rights are reser"ed. he
!rogram contains certain licensed materials and hree #onkeys $$C2s licensors may protect their
rights in the e"ent of any "iolation of this ,greement. he !rogram may not be copied or
reproduced in any manner or medium, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from
hree #onkeys $$C. Spectromancer is a registered trademark of hree #onkeys $$C.

Sub0ect to the license grant abo"e, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce,
translate, re"erse engineer, deri"e source code, modify, disassemble, decompile, modify or
create deri"ati"e works based on the !rogram or any part thereof, or remo"e any proprietary
notices or labels on the !rogram without the prior written consent of hree #onkeys $$C. ,ny
such unauthori3ed use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and'or ci"il prosecution.
You may not work around any technical limitations in the !rogram.
he !rogram is licensed to you as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for
use on more than one computer.
You are entitled to use the !rogram for your personal use, but you are not entitled to sell, grant a
security interest in or transfer reproductions of the !rogram or otherwise distribute copies of the
!rogram to other parties in any way, nor to rent, lease or license the !rogram to others without
the prior written consent of hree #onkeys $$C.
You are e&pressly prohibited from selling or otherwise profiting from any le"els, add%on packs,
se4uels or other items based upon or related to the !rogram or created by use of any part of the
!rogram.
,ny copying of the !rogram not specifically allowed in this ,greement is a "iolation of this
,greement.
/. !ompliance with .atings.
By using the !rogram you e&pressly represent, warrant and agree that:
you are aware of the rating (the "+ating") issued to the !rogram by the applicable +ating
Board in the 0urisdiction in which you reside or will otherwise be using the !rogram5
you are of an appropriate age to use the !rogram in accordance with the +ating issued in
such 0urisdiction5
you will not permit use of the !rogram by those under the age set out in the +ating in the
0urisdiction in which you reside or will otherwise be using or permitting use of the
!rogram.

0. 1o Transfer.
You may not transfer or assign this ,greement or any of your rights or obligations under this
,greement.
2. Termination.
his ,greement is effecti"e until the earlier of (i) termination of this $icense ,greement by you or
hree #onkeys $$C or (ii) termination of this ,greement in the e"ent you fail to comply with any
term contained herein, in which e"ent this ,greement shall be deemed to terminate automatically.
You may terminate this ,greement at any time by destroying all copies of the !rogram in your
possession. hree #onkeys $$C may, at its discretion, terminate this $icense at any time upon
notifying you of such termination (including by way of public notice to all licensees of the
!rogram). In such e"ent (or if you are not complying with the terms of this agreement), you must
immediately destroy all copies of the !rogram in your possession. ,ny license agreement to
which you may ha"e pre"iously agreed that go"erns your use of prior "ersions of the !rogram is
hereby terminated and is replaced by this agreement. he pro"isions of Sections =, >, ?, and @A%
@> will sur"i"e any termination of this ,greement.
3. (pdates4 1ew 5ersions.
;e can2t support all "ersions fore"er but we will do our best to support the latest "ersion that we
ha"e made a"ailable. hree #onkeys $$C may, in its sole discretion, pro"ide updates or new
"ersions of the !rogram in the future. hree #onkeys $$C may pro"ide such updates or future
"ersions sub0ect to a separate license, which may by its terms terminate this license pursuant to
Section ?.
6. 7upport.
9+77 #./:7YS $$C .+ IS ,88I$I,7S may pro"ide you with support ser"ices related to
the "S!7C+.-,/C7+: ruth and Beauty" !rogram ("Support Ser"ices"). ,ny supplemental
software code pro"ided to you as part of the Support Ser"ices shall be considered part of the
S!7C+.-,/C7+ !+.#1C and sub0ect to the terms and conditions of this 71$,.
hree #onkeys $$C shall ha"e no obligation to pro"ide support or updates for the !rogram.
18. '%port !ontrols.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rulings and e&ecuti"e orders of any
go"ernmental authority relating to the e&portation or importation of the !rogram.

conse4uential damages, so the abo"e limitations may not apply to that e&tent. In no e"ent shall
our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in tort,
contract or otherwise) e&ceed the amount paid by you for the !rogram.
1*. ':uita#le .emedies.
You hereby agree that hree #onkeys $$C would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this
,greement were not specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that hree #onkeys $$C shall
be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate e4uitable remedies
with respect to breaches of this ,greement, in addition to such other remedies as hree #onkeys
$$C may otherwise ha"e a"ailable to it under applicable laws. In the e"ent any litigation is
brought by either party in connection with this ,greement, the pre"ailing party in such litigation
shall be entitled to reco"er from the other party all the costs, attorneys2 fees and other e&penses
incurred by such pre"ailing party in the litigation.
1-. ;iscellaneous
his ,greement shall be deemed to ha"e been made and e&ecuted in the State of ;ashington,
1S, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be resol"ed in accordance with the law of
;ashington. You agree that any claim asserted in any legal proceeding by you against hree
#onkeys $$C or its licensors shall be commenced and maintained in a court located in
;ashington State ha"ing sub0ect matter 0urisdiction with respect to the dispute between the
parties.
hree #onkeys $$C reser"es the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to,
supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this ,greement, effecti"e upon prior
notice as follows: hree #onkeys $$C will post notification of any such changes to this ,greement
on the its website, and may pro"ide such other notice as hree #onkeys $$C may elect in its sole
discretion.
Se"erability. In the e"ent that any pro"ision of this ,greement shall be held by a court or other
tribunal of competent 0urisdiction to be unenforceable, such pro"ision will be enforced to the
ma&imum e&tent permissible and the remaining portions of this ,greement shall remain in full
force and effect.
his ,greement constitutes and contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect
to the sub0ect matter hereof and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
You hereby acknowledge that you ha"e read and understand the foregoing terms of this
,greement and agree that the act of using the !rogram is an acknowledgment of your agreement
to be bound by the terms and conditions of this ,greement. You also acknowledge and agree that
this ,greement is the complete and e&clusi"e statement of the agreement between hree
#onkeys $$C and you with regard to the sub0ect matter hereof and that this ,greement
supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement, either oral or written, and any other
communications between hree #onkeys $$C and you regarding the sub0ect matter hereof.
