Generally when a man is subjected to a rape allegation it is extremely difficult to avoid being 10

In my view one clears once name when a court pronounces upon charges, etc. For example when
Mr Geoff Shaw was charged with allegedly misusing taxpayers monies the prosecution later
withdrew the charges, and the court approved of this. As such in my view he is and remains
entitled to being deemed innocent until proven guilty. However Mr Daniel Andrews of the 40
Australian Labor Party didnt seem to accept this and I have in published articles exposed how
the Victorian Parliament was misused and abuse to have a parliamentarian decision against Mr
Geoff Shaw in a highly inappropriate manner, disregarding the Rules of the House, indeed in
violation of it. However, when it comes to Mr Bill shorten of the Australian Labor Party then the
modus operandi is that regardless that the DPP didnt find no reasonable prospect of a conviction 45
then somehow Mr Bill Shorten is entitled to be deemed innocent and have cleared his name,.

While many seem to hail Mr Bill Shorten as having courage to oust himself, in my view he
actually has sought to misconstrue what the DPP decided. It didnt appear to hold there was no 5
case at all but that there was not a likely hood of conviction. Those are different meanings and I
view Mr Bill Shorten as a lawyer ought to be well aware of this. As such it appears to me he was
seeing an opportunity to misrepresent matters to benefit himself and I view the comments of Mr
Tony Abbott are deplorable.

Why then hold a Royal Commission about sexual abuse that eventuated many, many years ago?

Mr Bill shorten may not have held it appropriate to name himself while there was a police
investigation going on but surely to so to say twist the true meaning of the DPP decision as if he
was cleared in my view is highly inappropriate and if he so to say lies about that, then I wonder 25
why did he need to lie about it? What else did he lie about?

Very briefly. I had a daughter with my second wife (ex wife) and my daughter resided (with 3
brothers) with her mother in Melbourne. I resided with another daughter 350 kilometres from 35
Melbourne. When my ex wife moved into a house she had her boyfriend (her first causing who
was reportedly living with her) assisting with the moving. I didnt know she had moved until
much later. There were various clashes between my daughter and my ex wife and she was
running away and ended up in foster care. I had remarried and didnt hold it appropriate for my
daughter to reside with me because of clashes with my wife. I duly advised the Children Court of 40
this. Years later my daughter went to live in a de facto relationship with a man whos native
heritage results in a round face. Suddenly, I was getting day after day several calls left on my
answering machine from my daughter, contrary to how she was otherwise, that she wanted to
talk to me, and so I arranged to meet her at a shopping centre. On my way to the shopping centre
I stopped by my ex wife and collected one of my adult sons. This as I just felt it very suspicious 45
hoe my daughter had left all those calls. As such I held it wiser to have a witness with me just in
case it was needed. When my son and I arrived at the shopping centre we took a seat in the front
of the coffee shop and my son then called his sister (my daughter) on the mobile and she joined
us soon afterwards where we were seated. After some time of general talk my daughter
announced she was going back into the shopping centre and left. She didnt explain at all why 50
she left all those urgent messages on the answering service. I dropped my son back at my ex wife

residence and went home. My daughters de facto started his tirade against me claiming my
daughter was not pregnant from him, etc, and I understood he implied that when I had met up
with my daughter at the shopping centre I had somehow gotten her pregnant. I didnt mention to
him that my son was present all along. Some weeks went by and then on 9 January 29008 the
Police attended to my residence making known they wanted to question me ab out sexual abuse 5
with my daughter. The moment I stepped into the police car a police officer announced that I was
under arrest and that anything I said may and could be used against me, I responded that anything
he stated could and would be used in as book. As there and then I decided I was going to write a
book about matters. As I did.
The first question the police asked as to that allegedly when my ex wife moved into the house I 10
had during the night entered my daughters bedroom and sexual abused her. I made clear I had
not even known my ex wife had moved into a house until afterwards and so could not have been
there. Also, I was having a daughter who resided with me going every day to school and without
a car I couldnt even make an overnight trip between school hours. I indicated to the Police that I
had never ever stayed overnight at my ex wifes house and they could check back with my ex 15
wife to have this confirmed. For the record I had at that time no contact with my ex wife at all
and neither had so until about a year later when she happen to see me and approached me about
her work and I was the one who then raised the issue of the past allegations and she made clear
that our daughter was a problem maker. Also, I explained that my ex wife first cousin lived then
with my wife, etc. with other questions it was basically the same that they were easily shown to 20
be contrary to the facts. So, I left that day and began to collect details and then published a book
on 28-3-2008 and forwarded a copy to the Chief Commissioner of Police. About 2 weeks later I
received a response that I was no longer part of the investigation.
Years later a daughter in law showed me pictures of my daughters children (my grandchildren)
and they two have the distinct round faces as people of that country are known for to have, of 25
that race.
The possibility that the allegations were made so my daughter could get monies from crime
compensation was not lost on me, because I understand there are women who make fabricated
rape claims for that purpose. The same where I witnessed a woman to attend to Salvation Army
to seek assistance because she was allegedly pregnant and had no monies, while in fact she was 30
not pregnant at all.

In fact the daughter who was living in my custody was because her mother had her boyfriends
sexual abusing some of the children and later again and so lost custody of all children, through 40
the Children Court.
As I recall once a Lalor Police officer made known that 9 out of 10 rape cases that were reported
turned out to be false reports, where a woman had voluntarily entered into a one night stand but
then afterwards fearing to be pregnant then reported it as a rape not wan ting to admit to the
husband having voluntarily engaged in a sexual affair with another man. 45
Regretfully many a man has his life tained by allegations no matter how innocent they are.
My view has always been that those who make false allegations should be severely dealt with.
While there are groups claiming that this would scare of real victims, I do not accept this to be
so, as a real victim will allow swaps, etc, and pursue a case. The same with an innocent accused
man he will not hesitate to pursue the truth to be exposed. 50

As such, while the police were investigating matters I published my book with all relevant details
and the history regarding my daughter and again within about 2 weeks the Chief Commissioner
of Police advised I was no longer a suspect.
The problem however was now that if my daughter was actually sexual abused during the night
her mother (my ex wife) moved into a house then the police hardly could charge my ex wifes de 5
facto (her first cousin) because my daughter had accused me and so that could be his defence.
That is why in my book I explained that when a sexual abuse allegation is made it should be
video recorded, and also any subsequent statements.
Because many women go through boyfriends like others change their underwear, and they all are
called Dad then in the end a child may refer to a Dad but it could be any past or current 10
boyfriend of the mother. Some women have 3 or more boyfriends, at the same time (at least as I
learned about) albeit I declined to be an addition or part of such community.

So unlike Mr Bill Shorten who stayed so to say silent all along until the DPP finds there is so to
say insufficient evidence to score a conviction, I on the other hand published all relevant details 15
in my book. I didnt have to hesitate in answering questions, in fact interrupt the police officer in
his first question when starting about the night my ex wife moved in a house, that I had never
slept in that house nor stayed overnight there.
While I understand women who alleges sexual ab use (including rape) can receive a crime
compensation payment regardless if the allegations are baseless, disproven, etc. However the real 20
victim, the wrongly accused man so to say can drop dead and no one care less about the harm
inflicted upon him. My wife was totally devastated about it and fears the police to come to our
property because she no longer trust them where they arrested me in the police car, without any
justified ground because I already was on my way to the police station and so no legal
justification to make an arrest. Likely the arrest was so that they could then finger print me and 25
check out my history, and perhaps as some pay back because as a Professional Advocate (now
retired) and CONSTITUTIONALIST I had been assisting parties against police at the same
police station and defeated them, exposing how they had fabricated evidence, tampered with
evidence, etc, that the trial judge directed the jury to return a NOT GUILTY verdict, the moment
the prosecutor after 5 days closed his case. 30
As such I am well aware that exposing at least 4 police officers, the clerk of court and the deputy
clerk of court to have fabricated a case against the party I was assisting obviously I was aware
this was a payback time upon me.

What my concern is that because those who fabricate allegations of sexual abuse (including rape) 35
they are in fact making it harder for the real victims.
My wife was concern about that I was going to publish a book but I held that this was much
better than having fabricated allegations claimed against me as then people would wonder what
was really happening. And since I published my book I had not a single occasion that someone
criticised me for publishing the book or somehow implied I might have done so as my daughter 40
claimed, this because they had the facts set out in the book. I had some women commenting to
me that they were in fact pleased I had published a book about it as it may assist real victims of
sexual abuser and stop those who fabricate sexual abuse allegations.

When a woman rapes a male then even if under aged she generally get off without any term of 45
imprisonment, whereas a man doing far lesser may likely get a prison sentence. So much for
women wanting equality!
A male victim of rape seldom can have any support and has to work through it on his own. When
a man is raped by a woman they generally are told Gee you were lucky.. Or something to that
notion. 50

I since 1982 have conducted a special lifeline service under the motto MAY JUSTICE
ALWAYS PREVAIL and at times had to deal with men who gave me the understanding they
had sexual abused a child. I gained the understanding that they do not consider at all that they
could get a long term of imprisonment, it doesnt so to say enter their mind. All they seemed to
be concerned about is not getting caught, but not the kind of punishment that could be inflicted 5
upon them.

Mr Bill Shorten is not just some ordinary citizen, he is the leader of a political party and seeks to
be the next Prime Minister and then I view it is essential that whatever he states is accurate.
While I stood for many council, state and Federal elections I never feared a draw back by 10
publishing my book because I held electors had a right to know the truth, albeit as an
INDEPENDENT candidate it is extremely difficult to get elected in particular where I refused to
give preferences to others.

My concern is that I view Mr Bill Shorten misrepresented the DPPs decision. In the 15
circumstances and his position I view this cannot be accepted as being proper. Neither can he be
admired for outing himself in such manner to so to say twist the truth.
The mere fact that the police requested the DPP advice at to the matter appears to indicate that
there was some kind of evidence as to the allegation by the alleged victim and I view by Mr Bill
Shorten having miss stated matters then he may have had a purpose to try to get people on his 20
side as if he is innocent of any wrong doing.
Because I know what it is to have been falsely accused, and held it critical I published a book
about it (For the record I gave away the books rather than selling them even so people offered to
pay for them, this as I didnt want to make money from this issue) I am well aware of the harm
false allegations can result to and the distress this caused upon my aging wife. However, nothing 25
that Mr Bill Shorten did was so to say heroic rather I view cowardly where he to my
understanding tries to make out something differently then what actually was what the DPP had
decided. I also found, as I alluded to above, disturbing that Mr Tony Abbott as Prime Minister
seemed to imply that if something happen many, many, years ago then well it seems not
being worth to deal with even if it happened. So this I view is to not only insult the work of the 30
Royal Commission but also undermine its work.
Perhaps, this alleged victim confined to another person at the time and this may be corroborating
her allegations? This alleged victim may have at the time talked to a friend, family or at school
and if anyone were to recall her doing so then the DPP may alter its views and reconsider its
decision. It may very well be that someone having seen Mr Bill Shorten to make the statement as 35
he did may now realise to be a potential witness and come forward about it.
I for one would like to see that sexual abuse allegations (including rape) are investigated by a
checklist to ensure each and every point is covered. Also, that the police do not twist and infringe
upon statements but write it in how the witness is stating it. And video record this also. Having
been a police witness at times I refused to sign statement that were changed to what I had stated 40
where the police officer made known that it would likely secure a conviction. I deplore this kind
of manipulating evidence. And to give the alleged victim a check list to every point, such as can
you recall making details known to a friend, family member or other person shortly after the
incident? One can only feel sorry for the real victims who suffer again when denied JUSTICE,
perhaps because in their distress state being unable to recollect certain details and no checklist to 45
raise the points what to consider as being relevant.
