do hereby solemnly affirm and state that I have fully understood the under given declarations and shall abide by
them:
1. That my admission in . is purely provisional !hich is sub"ect to approval by the
#niversity and also that the admission shall be confirmed only after I pay all the fees prescribed by the college
at the time of admission.
$. That particulars/ information furnished by me in the application form for admission are true and correct to the
best of my %no!ledge and belief and if any information found to be incorrect at the later date I am liable to be
e&pelled from the college.
'. That I have read and understood the #niversity ordinance and shall abide by them.

+. That I shall not indulge in any form of ragging in the college premises college hostel or outside the college and
I fully understand that if I do so I may be e&pelled from the college.
,. That I have read and understood the -ollege )ostel Rules and shall abide by them in letter and spirit. I also
underta%e that a. I can be removed from college hostel on disciplinary grounds and b. I may not be permitted
hostel accommodation if I have more than T!o /$. -arry over papers in previous year /s. / 01T2/0132.
4. That I shall not associate myself directly or indirectly !ith any unla!ful organi5ations shall not consume
alcohol drugs or any other into&icants !ithin the college premises/hostel nor come to the college/hostel having
consumed the same outside.
6. That if any time during my stay in hostel the fee and other charges are revised by the -ollege 7uthorities I
shall pay the same !ithin notified and stipulated period.
8. That I give a categorical underta%ing that I shall attend all the classes regularly and shall ensure that my
attendance does not fall short of 4+9 as per #niversity rules and regulations on it. 3urther I shall ma%e up my
attendance to 4+9 before :&am. 3orm is sent to #niversity by the college ; any fine by #niversity for delay the
submission of e&am form on this account !ill borne by me. I also understand that the college can deny issue of
7dmit -ard to me if my attendance is less than 4+9 in a semester.
1<. That I shall not indulge in any %ind of violence assault affray arson loots theft or =uarrel in the college
premises college hostel or outside the college premises.
11. That I fully understand and agree that in the event of any breach of the aforesaid underta%ing my admission to
the college or college hostel maybe !ithdra!n or cancelled !ithout assigning any reason or !ithout any
obligation on the part of the college to issue any advance notice and in such an event all the fees deposited
and paid by me in the college e&cept refundable charges shall stand forfeited.
1$. That I fully understood that the matter !ith regard to fee structure for >.Tech./ ?-7 course is presently pending
!ith )on@ble court/ 3ees 3i&ation -ommittee and final fees !ill be declared by the said 7uthority. If the fees are
revised and if there is any increase thereto. An the decision of the )on@ble court/ 3ees 3i&ation -ommittee I
give this underta%ing that I shall abide by this decision and shall pay the balance/differences if any. I have also
understood that if there is any decrease in the fees by the orders )on@ble -ourt/ 3ees 3i&ation -ommittee the
college !ill refund the difference thereto the same.
