The black outline is the approxamite outline of the seasonal wetland, which is very similar to the
fgures provided. There are several areas of interest on this map area. Areas A, B and C.
Area A is an area that appears dry during most seasons, if you look at the Google Earth imagery,
there is a small soil area here in the classifcation and appears dry in most aerial photography.
Area B1 has a good amount of soil and vegetation, but it appears to have a higher elevation than
the rest of the area, so I did not include it in my outline of the seasonal wetland. Area B2, is similar
to B1 due to it being on the margin, but in a number of the GE images, it has denser vegetation
during dry times, this might be due to it being north-facing.
It might be worth noting that Area C is slightly diferent from the wetland fgures provided to me.
as you can see in Figure 1, The site map.

Notes: This map was produced for a political race in Kansas. It reflects
the ratios of support different precincts experienced. This map (among 20
+ others) was intended for use by campaign managers to understand the
dynamics of the political environment across several election years.

NOTES: This graphic was produced in my grad school coursework
The assignment involved dasymetric allocation, meaning certain non-
urban landcover types were excluded and population densities were
increased to reflect "truer" densities than those that a simple census
tract density would calculate.
