Any work in any area can be performed successfully by applying PDCA cycle. PDCA stands for
PLAN, DO, CHC! " AC#.
P - Plan $ %tart of any work re&uires planning. #wo t'ings are to be planned.

A - Act $ Now t'ere may be two situations, act accordingly 1

After t'is stage PDCA cycle is again implemented.

3. Material + #'e &uality of input material must be good wit' re&uired specifications " wit'out
any processing problems

in a well defined manner.
3. Moti$ation + #'e person performing t'e work must be moti*ated. #'is is a tool to get t'e work
done wit' utmost spirits.
