My President My Inspiration

Inspiration is something, which stimulates, or animates, or motivates, or inspires, or even gives an

idea, and it can be by divine or human mind. Actually, the current president of Brazil is the person
who inspired me a lot. President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva, Lula how is called, never attended a
college, but today he is one of the greatest world recognized leader. His world acknowledgment
was due to his clean record and the well successful outcomes of remarkable programs
developed for the Brazilian nation; although, by good reasons he inspired me, it was just
because of his courage by showing integrity when designed and developed the increasing for
Brazil by bold programs of emergency.

One important bold program that the President Lula launched was for the education
national. Differently from former presidents, President Lula enhanced the elementary education
through new programs. For example, one of programs is the “Family – School Support” that
affords poor families and better capacity for teachers. They need to send their children to
school every day. Student`s families receive one food stamp ticket that is used to buy just
food. The value is according to the number of people in the family living in the same house.
This program worked and the number of students increased in the classrooms. The program
aims mainly poor families whose children were obligated to ask money on the streets;
consequently, it put them far from school. Furthermore, the Brazilian government invested
more money to increase the number as schools as better salaries and training for teachers. In
addition, if parents do not send their children to school, so they can be sue and pay fines. Due
to this program has improved the Brazilian education; more students finished their elementary
education, and many of them pursue academic education. On the other hand, when the
program started, opportunists tried to get advantages of this program. People who did not
need of the program registered to obtain the benefits. As result, some people and dishonest
politicians were arrested because used it to promote themselves in political campaigns.
President Lula showed that he is a faithful person and wanted to run the country demonstrating
that changes would happen if his administration banned the corruption. The Family Support
program is efficient, and it embraced rural and urban families whose children spent their time
out school.

Another reasonable program is the School of Family that needed bravery and offers
opportunity for all people to attend private and public university. It is for people who can not
afford their high education, so they need to work in a community programs on weekends to be
eligible to the program. President Lula boldly invested in programs that incentive by grant
scholarships for many people who wanted to attend high education. Truly, the high investment
for these programs cost millions for the government`s coffer. Otherwise, the high education
would not have enhancement. In addition, the idea of this program mobilized the construction
area because new colleges and universities needed to be built. Many people went back to
complete high education and the outcome was the opportunities of better jobs. Because of
such achievement, President Lula faced many enemies. In the past, dishonest politicians used
the money of education for their own benefit, but now they are sue and must turn the robbed
money back to the education. His Daring and honesty were crucial for such amazing challenge
because each cent invested for this program. The results brought enormous benefits for the
country. For instance, companies have more qualified and skilled professionals, and they had
better outcomes for the qualities of work. People feel more confident having a president like
Lula who is committed to the education offering opportunity of high educational for all.

An additional benefit of his bold program of emergency was the Bank of Jobs. It
helped many people who were unemployed for some months and others who this program
opened new vacancies in different areas. President Lula knew that launch new jobs was a
priority to solve many social problems. The whole country partook in this program. Many
companies cooperated with new areas and others opened new shifts. The Brazilian nation
perceived huge changes when their incomes increased and the violence decreased. For
instance, some youths and adults robbed or sold illegal drugs as an excuse to afford their
families; but it is different today, they work and study. President Lula believed that changes
would happen if people had more opportunities and better educational. Doubtless, President
Lula`s aims gave a new breath for all. In addition, Brazil is a country, which has large number
of constructions such as enlargement and construction of new stadiums and accommodations
to set up for the World Soccer Cup 2014 and the Olympics Games in 2016. These events are
attributes to a serious and strong work that President Lula did so far. Moreover, the Bank of
Jobs employed people in many different functions. For example, due to the current
development of West of Brazil and the construction of new four hydroelectric power plants
resulted in new roads, airports, schools, and hospitals. These constructions and others helped
decreased the unemployment significantly in Brazil due to the President Lula`s honorable
initiative.

In conclusion, nobody is perfect but respect, honor, and honesty are relevant
elements in President Lula to fulfill large changes in Brazil through the programs family-School
Support, School of Family and Bank of Jobs. His well-administered aims decreased the
unemployment, lessened the illiteracy, and expanded Brazilian people`s horizon. In addition, a
strong corruption was banned and so the new benefits helped better to all as whole.
