Here this study is to find the relevance of bank job with their education background. To conduct this study is takes commercial bank situated in Motijheel area as population and one branch of each bank as sample with a simple random sampling system. It has two broad objectives, one null hypothesis and one alternative hypothesis. Those studies will conduct by ten members whom are working under a group leader. It also shows some statistical analysis by SPSS software to find out the result of this study.

1. Statement of the Problem
Education system and job both two are very much inter related and dependent on each other. Thats mean an employee will be selected for a post in an organization depends on his educational background from which subject he completed his education level and the job requirement. This is the main concern of this study in case of bank job in Bangladesh. Which educational backgrounds are needed to perform the bank job and from which educational backgrounds they are recruiting to perform the job. Every year many advertisements come to news paper and web site for the recruitment of various positions in different bank. From the job advertisement see that they ask various departmental subjects as job requirement most of which are not related to bank job. But what are the ultimate situations after the recruitment of the employee can be found after a research study that from which educational background most of the banker comes from.

2. Objectives of the Study For this specific research study we have two different objectives.
I. Specific Objective Our specific objective of this research study is to acquire knowledge about how conduct a formal research under Bangladesh Peace and Development (BPDM).
II. Broad Objectives a) Find out the necessity of change for job recruitment system in banking sector. b) Find out what is relationship between educational background and job.
3. Literature Review The First requirement in any civilization with pretensions to cultural values is a system of education which not only preserves the innate sensibility of the child, but makes this the basis of mental development (Herbert Read 1955, p.10). Over the last 20 years, Bangladesh has made a significant progress in education. Primary school enrollment increased from 12 million to over 18 million during 1990-1998 and Job market also increase but recruitment system becomes unchanged. As a result people passed from one subject and doing job to other sector that is not related to their subject.
Witte and Kalleberg (1995) note that there is theoretical importance to the issue of education- job match, as it brings attention to the understanding of how and why individuals are matched to their employment, which is a concern of many labor market specialists. Even though in our study it does not aim to test theoretical aspects of education-job match, we think it is relevant to examine how some labor market theories would interpret job-education match/mismatch.
The Job-matching theory is based on the idea that the labor market is composed of jobs of many different skill and experience levels, as well as workers of many different skill and experience levels. The most skilled workers (i.e. the most educated) should occupy the most skilled positions, and there is a mismatch if either the supply of educated workers or skilled positions surpasses the other (Sorenson and Kalleberg 1981; Jovanovic 1979). 7
4. Hypotheses
The hypotheses derived from the research questions are: 1. Business graduates doing the bank job maximum. 2. Non business graduates doing the bank job maximum.
5. Research Methodology
The study will be conducted on the employees of 15 Bangladeshi commercial bank situated in Motijheel commercial area. Since the bank considerably vary in population size, simple random sampling method will be adopted in the selection of bank. From each selected bank 1 branch will be selected again using simple random sampling method. 3 employees will be selected from each branch using a simple random sampling procedure. Assume that all the employees studied in Bangladesh. Data will be collected through questionnaire and assume 95% significance level.
5.1 Research Approach For this study, quantitative data is being collected. Information is gathered from both government and non-government bank employees. 5.2 Sampling Method The study is conducted only in Motijheel area due to time and budget constraints. The population would be all the employee of selected bank in Motijheel area and simple random sampling is followed.
5.3 Survey Instrument To gather data, questionnaires were used. As a result, the questionnaire survey is the most effective method for this study to collect the data for the current study. The data gathered is easy to put in quantitative analysis. And it takes less time to fill up a questionnaire. Therefore, the employees will not be reluctant in providing accurate data. A structured questionnaire will be used in this study to collect data from employees.
5.4 Recruitment and Training of the Field Teams A total 9 members are taking training on research methodology to conduct this research study. 8
6. Data collection
The present research is a unique one for Bangladesh. Therefore, primary data as well as some secondary data were used to investigate research questions. To collect data from the primary sources, we have used the questionnaire survey method. This method is commonly used in such type of surveys to collect data from primary sources. Secondary sources of data include education system of Bangladesh and the banking activities.
7. Data Analysis The collected data will be analyzed by computer software planned by analysis strategy. This plan will largely follow the objectives of the study and will analyze the co-relation between the data, frequency distribution, regression by sing the statistical software SPSS, version-16.
8. Study Team The study team consists of ten fresher Researchers. They are:-
1. Rashid Haidar, Group Leader 2. S. Mohiuddin, Member 3. Marzia Karim, Member 4. Mohammad Rezaul, Member 5. Muhammad Mahbubur , Member 6. Md. Moinul Haque, Member 7. Setu Chakma, Member 8. Sumon Roy, Member 9. Uttom Kumar Chowdhury, Member

11. Limitations of the study
There were a number of limitations in this study. The sample population will be limited in terms of size and composition. Data collection is restricted within Motijheel area only, which may fail to represent the factual scenario. This study focuses is on the bank employees, who have posted any branch in Motijheel area. People of this area have been chosen because of all banks branches are available here. The research was prepared and conducted during the training period which is not enough to conduct a good research. So it was difficult for the researcher to accommodate time for preparing this report.
12. Conclusion
This study conduct for the objective of finding out the real scenario about the educational background of the bank employees and the job they perform. Is different from their educational subject or not because in this country most of the bank does not specify subject for eligibility as a candidate. And the education system in Bangladesh upgrading day by day as well as the number of graduates also increasing day by day. After completing the graduation they all fight each other for getting a job in various sectors available in Bangladesh as well as abroad also. But in this study is focuses only about the people doing bank job after completing their graduation from various subjects.
