Short explanation on how and why we can totally legalize cannabis under the Supremacy of Parliament

1. The Elections Act actually governs the elections and activities of the First Nations [called Canada]
1. All First Nations agree to be governed under common law and each band is autonomous
!. The Elections Act actually governs the elections and activities of "arliament.
#. $oth are called se%arate but e&ual and both of these 'bodies' are governed under common law
(. All E)As are governed under common law set by The Elections Act and there are all *inds of rules on
how we must o%erate our finances+ and they're all there to insure the integrity of being 1,,- common law.
1. All agents and all members of a recogni.ed "arty [in order to &ualify to be in this body] must hold
landed status which 'entitles' every member of our "arty to be governed under common law
1. This really is called a '%rivilege' granted by the /ueen to all 0er 1oyal 2ub3ects that actually %rotect
our beliefs from the ma3ority in %ower who rule us all under the /ueen's 4aritime Courts.
!. 5nder the Elections Act [by definition] the 4ari3uana "arty can %rotect our mari3uana beliefs under
common law because this E)A 6EF7 %rogram can %rove to any auditor in minutes that we are
1,,- under common law in so doing everything we do is defined as an activity [not an occu%ation]
1. E&ually so it's really easy to %rove that it's a crime when there is no membershi% or recei%ts.
!. 8n our case it's real easy to define the limitation to what our common law rights %rotect us from9
NA4E1:9 The C)2A's rules and regulations sim%ly cannot encroach on our guaranteed right
to %rotect our beliefs [es%ecially when we ta*e such good care to not get our;self occu%ied]
#. 02T and <2T are 8nstruments issued by "arliament that converts every 3ob into an occu%ation
1. All our members are %rivileged to not be occu%ied by the economy when we are %rotecting our
beliefs [on this] the 52A %rotects its %ro%erty first in Canada we %rotect our beliefs first.
!. This fundamental difference to our Constitutions is built into our form. =e will gladly defend in
the $C2C and the 2CC that 0ar%er's >mnibus $ill can't stri% our %olitical rights to our beliefs
1. AN) fran*ly the intent of our %ositive law initiative is to disgrace the Conservatives the
1iberals and the N)" before any electors to the fact that they cons%ired to screw us all.
?. FACT9 "arliament governs over all ordinary residents from sea to sea to sea under 4aritime 3urisdiction
[which includes about @,- of the %o%ulation who are landed Canadians] and 5N;be;*nownst to us all
1. 5ntil this 8CA?;!7B %rotocol was uncovered [it always was there] any landed Canadian can actually
ta*e the o%tion to %rotect our mari3uana beliefs by being a member in;good;standing of any well
structured 4ari3uana "arty E)A+ and this means we must be treated to the %rivilege of refusing to be
ruled under the C)2A rules and regulations because they cannot over;ride our landed rights [%eriod]
!. $ecause "arliament %assed the C)2A [Controlled )rugs and 2ubstances Act] means by definition it's
under "arliament and the C)2A sim%ly cannot over;ride the rights of our "arty to %rotect our beliefs.
1. The C)2A is sim%ly not in the Criminal Code of Canada therefore C)2A rules regulations cannot
sto% our right to autonomy to %rotect our common law businesses of growing and selling cannabis
because we're %rotected by 2;1 2;B 2;1@ 2;#@ 2;1!C 2;##C 2;##A 2;#(, of the Criminal Code
[to name a few] They all a%%ly $ECA52E these laws are actually there to %rotect those who are
entitled to see* %rotection from the abuse of [in our case C)2A] statutory rules and regulations.

C. All those C)2A rules and regulations a%%ly to everyone they call a criminal or a &uasi;criminal [44"7]
1. Those new Admiralty Federal Courts are already in full swing of incrementally im%lementing what it
already considers the inevitable conclusions of the Coalition's [Allard] Federal case [for eDam%le]
1. 44A7 victims must reali.e that this FE) Court is there to %rotect a new heavily regulated cannabis
industry and fran*ly everyone in the 44A7 really need to wa*e u% to the fact that all Admiralty
Courts are there to always side with all Cor%orate rights before handing out any human rights
!. There is no time li*e election season to get the message out that we can %rotect our cannabis
industry from being screwed from a bad ruling that this Coalition Class;action suite 3ust might get.

A. No member or agent in good standing of a structured E)A can be forced to acce%t regulations im%osed by
this new C)2A [foreign occu%ation] 8N FACT this new Admiralty Court status actually increases our needs
to %rotect us from 0ar%er's ultimate %lan to destroy all common law rights under a necessity defence
1. =e are eDercising our right to descent during an election because it's the only time we can actually
force "olice to res%ect our right to attract voters to effect genuine reform without being attac*ed
!. 8n our case it's self;evident that they are insisting that their oath is worthless under "art @ of the $C
"olice Act. =e insist on destroying this total %erversion of law before 0ar%er destroys Canada.
#. $ecause fran*ly if we don't succeed in this %ositive law initiative )emocracy itself will be destroyed
ON IMPLEMENIN! "E #$LL LE!%LI&%ION O# O$' (%NN%)IS IN*$S'+
,- S"O' )%(.!'O$N* "ISO'+/ 1ast fall E/4" found a very &ualified Trustee who actually
wrote the legislation and im%lemented the >08" reforms of the mid seventies. =e were setting u% our
$C;44A7 Trust fund that was 1,,- com%liant to Canadian 2tatutory 1aw by forming an 8nstitution
[li*e >08"] that o%erated from off;shore [Turtle 8sland] blind trust accounts. [%erfectly legal]
1. This time tho this 0erbal >08" 8nstitution was going to do it with a very so%histicated ">2 seed to
sale com%uter %rogram that [once in %lace] would have meant an im%ossible to steal from our
inventory control Fclosed internal security systemG that was miles ahead of any security available.
!. After ? months of dum%ing way too much money and resources we had to acce%t that nobody
would su%%ort it by buying into it. The C8T: >F EANC>5EE7 refused to communicate in s%ite of
the fact that they could have ta*en this taD under Freedom of Contract+ we had some su%%ort from
about 1,- of the dis%ensaries but we had .ero su%%ort from the growers so we dro%%ed it.
1. =hat E/4" got out of it was a semester with this Trustee on understanding the mechanics of
how trust law wor*s. This Trustee's %lans and his deluDe trust are no longer with E/4".
!. From this we've been %ursuing this strictly 1,,- com%liant to common law commerce model using
this C7;Charities %rogram we call this E)A ; EF7 %rogram that actually o%erates under and is fully
com%liant with what Elections Canada re&uires in order to be a 1,,- com%liant common law business.
#. >ur contention is on solid ground9 As long as we [at face value] a%%ear to be under common law
and we act strictly under common law %ractices and follow fully accredited boo*;*ee%ing %ractices
[EF7 com%liant] then we really can and are demanding to be treated to common law %rotection
1. in our case H when authority tells us9 Iit's a crime to do what you're committing results where
we have to agree with them9 $5T they cannot tram%le on our landed common law rights
!. [case in %oint] that's why City "olice 67C4" cannot enter on Native 7eserve land because
4aritime 3urisdiction sim%ly cannot be enforced [%eriod] without being invited on their 'land'
1. 84">7TANT9 This 'landed status' of being able to say 'stay away from our %remises' can
be made by any landed Canadian anywhere on the /ueen's domain as long as you are a
%rivate individual member [or] an agent6individual agency 'in good;standing' with an E)A
!. [in good standings mean] The individual is not violating 'a well;structured' E)A's rules.
#. [well;structured means in %ractice] All any E)A agent involved in a dis%ensary needs to
adhere to is9 electronically enter every business transaction [buy6sell6barter] into our ">2
6EF7 system that [sim%ly %ut]9 will not s%it out a recei%t for the transaction unless it
com%lies with an E)A "rivate Club's rules that ultimately com%ly with '8CA?;!7B %rotocol'
(. [8CA?;!7B %rotocol means] All any 'member' needs to adhere to is do not sell your goods to
anyone [you can give 6barter with other members] under what's called 'normative order'
?. [under common law] a farmer is defined by what a farmer does. As in ; The most common
form of commerce *nown to man*ind under common law was [and always will be] farming.
C. Any E)A agency can commercially grow all the %lants they want [note] as long as you
never contract with any dead thing or anyone that is o%erating under 4aritime Jurisdiction.
1. To maintain member in good standing means9 following basic rules that %rotect the E)A
and you from being entangled into a bad contract with any %a%er cor%orations
(. 0>= T082 A""18E2 "7ACT8CA11: T> >57 "7E2ENT 28T5AT8>N ;
1. The C8T: >F EANC>5EE7 cannot ta*e this value added taD that we are offering
!. $5T in law The 4unici%ality of the City of Eancouver can ta*e it. [a hornets' nest of liability]
#. The First Nations agents are not motivated to ta*e on our battle when fran*ly they can and are
&uietly doing what we are wanting to establish to do [under %olitical common law rights]
?. Now with these ! re3ections we are now unfettered to solicit shelter in the Canadian 1egions.
1. Every 1egion 0all is registered as a vested body and they are in every town in Canada.
1. =e acce%t that some 0all's membershi% will not vote for this offer of a 1,- commission
to the Commissionaires to %rotect and benefit from holding real common law rights
!. $ut Eancouver is very %rogressive+ we have yet to find a 1egion 0all here that is o%%osed to
ta*ing millions of dollars of commission in order to %rotect common law. 8n fact it's their duty to
not forget that they wal* freely by the grace of <od in order to honour the courage of those
who sacrificed everything in order to %reserve common law from the >rder of the <arters abuse
#. 8t's self evident that this 0itler wannabe called 0ar%er is hell;bent on creating a fascist state
(. >h Canada our home and Native land was founded on common law H without it we are slaves
