The content of these websites are currently still available on the web. I earlier forwarded to you the petition Ms. McCool references in those postings sent to me, Judge Gambrell and the Louisiana. Supreme Court, whicl). openly incites the public to contact us in an effort to influence our decisions on these cases. The "Writ" she refers to on page one and two of the posti11g'on "The Petition Site," in which she tells them to "ask about" a wri4 references t ~ writ that she filed with the Louisiana Supreme Court in connection with the 22nd Judicial Court case, Docket No. 201 l-CJ-1787, which Writ was denied on August 31, 2011. Her statement on page one of her blog "Sleepless in America," that I refused to hear evidence or protect and ', even though the law requires me to have a hearing and to take evidence, is a misstatement of the law and mischaracterization of what occurred here in this Court in the State of Louisiana. Her statement on page two of the same blog is untrue when she references the child at s s u ~ and states I "just ignored her." No evidence or evidentiary hearings were held in either suit in the 22nd Judicial District Court of Louisiana. The custody proceeding and the adoption suit were stayed in the 22nd Judicial District Court matter, on May 21, 2011, pending the disposition of proceedings in the Mississippi suit. There are no recorded statements in the record of the Louisiana proceedings.
