innumerable 2ueries raised by t#e offiers* it #as been deided to enli$#ten t#e
offiers about im&liations of t#e terms and onditions a&&ended -it# t#e o&tion
letter in different foreseeable situations. Alt#ou$# issue of larifiation on ea# &oint
is not feasible* larifiations on some of t#e basi issues -#i# are onsidered

at 2 sta$es above t#e minimum of
orres&ondin$ I%A sale of /s.1>000-
400-20:00. "#is s#all also be a&&liable
in ase of absor&tion of Grou&-A offiers
in ,+05 only.

24 A Grou&-A offier -or.in$ in t#e
DAG '+eletion Grade( is &romoted
to +AG Grade after om&letion of
minimum 2ualifyin$ servie &eriod of
11 years ! fulfillin$ re2uired
formalities. "o onfirm* -#et#er
similar &rovision e7ists for t#e
offier* if #e $ets absorbed in
,+05/M"05 i.e. from B1 to B;
diretly in ase of M"05 ! from
e2uivalent sale of /s.14300- to
/s.1:400/- in ase of ,+05 -it#out
$oin$ t#rou$# any intermediate
sale. @#et#er t#e minimum
2ualifyin$ &eriod of 11 years for
&romotion from e2uivalent DAG
"#e &romotional avenues -ill be
