Cost Structure

The main expensive part is printing the photos. As it is a
premium printing service, a 12x18 printing will cost 160 taka,
a 20x30 printing will cost 380 taka etc. Then framing and
courier services inherent cost
Printing, framing and delivering are mainly expensive
The most costly activity is maintaining the quality of the
overall service
Revenue Streams

Customers will pay us mainly for the hassle we are taking from them.
Printing photos, framing them and taking them to home is a painful
task
Revenue will come from the printing and framing. We will cut a 25%
margin from the printing and framing. 5% from the 25% will go to
editing and delivering cost. So, 20% will be our net margin
We have to pay our official employees from this 20% margin. Finally,
we are expecting at least 15% profit on our sales
