6th JULY 2009 (Task By Miss Emizah)

- Lapor diri at 9.30 a.m. The chief clerk gives some briefing about this company such as
background, service, introduce me to others staff and so on.

- My supervisor or boss absent on that day and he will meet me tomorrow.

- The whole day the chief clerk gives me some simple duty which is to key in data of
stock inventory for computer and accessories sales for May of Izzco Technology. I used
Microsoft Excel 2007 to key in the data.
7th July 2009

- Meeting with boss. Discuss about my duty along LI duration.

- This company still used manual system like used Microsoft Excel and filing.

- This company had digital system known as APLUS Elite System but they are never use
the system. He want me understand about the system and try to create code for the entire
item in their stock.

- Install APLUS Software System for Stock Control and Accounting.

Steps Installation Aplus

a. Stock Control

1. Insert Aplus Elite installation CD into CDRom.


2. Choose Stock Control.
3. When this screen appears just click "Continue" button to proceed with the
installation

4. Click OK.

5. Before use Aplus Elite Stock Control/Invoicing System we must fill in the
Register ID Request form provided and fax or call the hotline number listed
below. Key in the information on this screen and click "Save" button to
confirm your registration.
6. At the "Login" Screen, enter the password "APLUS" then click 'OK' to access
Aplus Elite Stock Control/Invoicing System. Default name & password is
"APLUS".
b. APLUS Accounting

1. Insert Aplus Elite installation CD into CDRom.


2. Choose Accounting.
3. When this screen appears just click "Continue" button to proceed with the
installation

4. Click OK.

5. Before you can use Aplus Elite Accounting you must fill in the Register ID
Request form provided and fax or call the hotline number listed below.
6. Once the register ID is given, Key in the information on this screen and click
"Save" button to confirm your registration.
7. At the "Login" Screen, enter the password "APLUS" then click 'OK' to
access Aplus Elite Accounting Default name & password is "APLUS"
11th untill 16th JULY 2009 (Task By Mr Saiful)

- I have to learn about APLUS Software because this is my first time I know about it.
- I do some research for APLUS software through the internet because does not have
manual user.
- From website www.aplus.com.my, I found online user manual. I print it and made it a
book.
- I study steps by steps about APLUS Software.

18th July 2009 – 19th July 2009 (Task By Mr Saiful)

- Firstly, I have to create code for classification for each item. The classification for the
item like category, family, group, model and size.

- Today I try to create code for Category of items

- Here, steps to create for Stock Classification.

- Setup > Table Setup > Stock Classification > Category.

20th July 2009 – 21th July 2009

- After insert all the category of the items. There are almost one hundred of categories.

- After that I show it to Miss Emizah, she thought better the code only used number and
not combined with alphabetic. I changed it.

- Delete all the code and try to create again. My supervisor just need me try to make a
sample of the category. So, I just insert some samples of the category.

23rd July 2009

- After that, I tried to create code for Family or brand of the product.

- It was easier rather than category.

- Only state the brand for the each product. I create code used number only.

- Continue my task with create code for group classification.

- I have to specify the group of each product first before try to create the code.

27th July 2009 – 30th July 2009

- After complete create code for stock classification. I have to try to create code for each
item.

- Learn how to create code and insert the stock information in the APLUS Stock Control
System using user manual.
- There are some of choices to create stock code. I try all but I choose Add Stock (4) to
create stock code because it is very easy than others. Add Stock (4) create code based on
code of category, family or brand and group.

- I try to insert some stock code as a sample.

- Only insert the compulsory stock information such as stock code, description, cost and
price.

1st August 2009

- After create code, I try to update the stock information.

- I update all stock information which is upload picture edit stock classification and so on.

- Stock > Edit > Save.


2nd August 2009

- Stock > Display Stock Enquiry > Add > Display Add New Stock.

- This is for a new stock to add in the list of the stock list if there is a new group of the
product.

- For example, there is already Ram Notebook DDR1 512Mb. I need to add the new
group which is Ram Notebook DDR1 1GB.

3rd August 2009

- Learn how to search stock.


- Can search with some choices which are stock code, stock name, category, group and so
on.

- Try to print report of stock.

- Report will be print based on stock list, price list, stock balance, and so on.

- For Example;
5th August 2009 – 6th August 2009

- Study how to implement print barcode in the APLUS System.

- Make some researches through the internet and book.

- Not successful to implement the barcode in the APLUS System.

9th August 2009 – 15th August 2009

- Involved in Pikom Pc Fair 2009 at KB Mall within 1 week. Starts from preparation until
end of the PC Fair.

16th August 2009 – 20th August 2009


- After Pikom Pc Fair, we were continued our own PC Fair which is held in front of our
company.

- For this PC Fair, I design a simple flyer for advertising for our customer.

23rd August 2009 – 25th August 2009 (Task By Suhairi Hassan)

- Our customer which is from Tabika Kemas Buloh Muda need me made a flyers for
registration their new student for 2010.

- I made the flyers using Microsoft Publisher.

26th August 2009 – 27th August 2009

- Before this, I did the Aplus Stock Control using my office’s computer.

- And the computer was taken by staff sold it and I forgot to copy the files first.

- So, I need to rewrite back all task to my laptop.

- The task that I need to do back such as create code for stock classification and insert
product details.

1st September 2009 – 3rd September 2009 (Task By Miss Emizah)

- For this week, I just help the chief clerk do office’s task.

- I help her write the sales from bill books into ledger book starts from May until August.

- I write no of bills, product name sold and price and put it into ledger book.

- Despite of that, I also helps her to take the details of new product and write into the new
stock book.

8th September 2009 – 10th September 2009


- Along the date, I tried again to explore the Aplus System especially about scan the
barcode.

- This is my last try to explore the Aplus System because I think I can’t go through with
this system.

- The big problem is this system not synchronizes with the current file system.

- From the Aplus System, I can learn how to create code, insert, update, delete, search
product and also print report of product.

13th September 2009 – 16th September 2009 (Task By Mr Saiful)

- My industrial supervisor wants me and other staff creates a catalogue book.

- He needs us to discuss together how to create it.

- This catalogue consist all products that sold at showroom.

- We are discuss what we have put in the catalogue and after that decide the task to search
the picture for each product.

27th September 2009 – 30th September 2009

- Continue my task made the catalogue.

- After I got pictures from them, I collect and edit the pictures.

- Design the catalogue with simple design.

- Furthermore, I put the pictures in the catalogue and also put some details information of
product.

- After complete, I submit it to Mr Saiful.


5th October 2009 – 8th October 2009

- After stuck to explore the Aplus System which is not successfully complete it, and Mr
Saiful give Aimi and me task to develop a website for Izzco.

- We are divide task where is Aimi do design and me do the content of website.

- This week, Aimi and I do to collect material and do some research to develop that
website.

17th October 2009 – 22nd October 2009 (Task By Miss Emizah)

- Help Aimi make some research design or website.

- Give idea an draft of design website.

- Despite of that, this week I also complete a brochure from customer Sek Men. Keb Kota.

24th October 2009 – 29th October 2009

- Make some research and draft of design with Aimi to develop the website.

- Search and discuss about content to put in the website.

1st November 2009 – 5th November 2009

- In the our Website, we are have six main menu which is Home, About Us, Contact Us,
Gallery, News, and Services.

- All the main menu has own sub menu and need to put the content.

- For this week, I complete content for Home and News. Several times I update this menu
according to supervisor’s requirements.

- For News, just only put the entry as a sample.

- The slide show of pictures, Aimi used Adobe Photoshop.


7th November 2009 – 12th November 2009

- For this week, I have to complete menu of About Us and Contact Us.

- In the About Us have sub-menu, Organizational Chart and Equipment while sub-menu
of Contact Us is Feedback and Izzco Map.
- Organizational Chart and Izzco Map used Adobe Photoshop CS while Equipment and
Contact Us, I only type the details in the dashboard of wordpress.

14th November 2009 – 19th November 2009

- This week I have to complete the rest of menu which is Gallery and Services.

- Gallery have sub-menu, Driver and Tutorial. I also put pictures our activities like Family
Day and PC Fair.
- Services, I just write all the details using the dashboard of wordpress. Before write, I
have to collect some information to put in the website.

21st November 2009 – 26th November 2009

- This week, I just recover back the task that I have done before this especially the Aplus
system and the content of website.
- I study back as preparation for my presentation to Faculty supervisor soon.

2nd December 2009 – 10th December 2009

- Along this date, I just only complete my Industrial Training Report and Daily Report.

- Besides that, I also help my officemate did administrative task because our chief clerk
on leave for a month.

- Steps the task :

a. Check New Stock arrived. This stock need to check first because key in all
the information into the New Stock 2009 book.

b. The details that must be check is serial no and quantity of stock. After check
write the detail such as name of product, quantity and supplier’s name.

c. After complete write the details, invoice will be keep in the weekly
invoice’s file.
