4.1% A Pale amber coloured beer with aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit and subtle elderflower that lead you into a beer that is bright and refreshing. Gooseberry and tropical fruits dominate the flavour then the elderflower returns along with a slow, lingering bitterness.
3.8% An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied and full-flavoured yet gentle enough to make it a favourite session beer.

3.0% This dark traditional mild ale, brewed all year round to an original gravity of 1028-1032 is a well balanced beer with a soft, slightly sweet palate.
4.2% Brindle bitter is a a traditional, no nonsense, English, best bitter. It uses Challenger and Goldings hops to create a marvellous hoppiness which is balanced by a malty, chocolatey sweetness. At 4.2% abv and with an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness this is a fantastic all rounder.
3.6% At 3.6% abv, this session bitter is a dark copper coloured beer with plenty of malt in the mouth and a good whack of bitterness from traditonally English hops. Thirst quencingly bitter but light in alcohol, Bunny Chaser makes the perfect quaffing beer.
3.9% Ligt ale with fresh taste & citrus aroma. Named after a fishing fly used for luring trout, this blonde ale has a refreshing palate due to the use of high quality pale ale malt. By blending different hops at various stages of the brewing process we have been able to produce a citrus aroma with a balanced bitterness.
4.2% This Pale Ale takes its name from the castle built by King John in 1207 less than 1 mile from the brewery, and from where he rode out to Runnymeade to sign the Magna Carta. The beer itself is deep amber in colour with a blend of pale ale and crystal malt, the bitterness and fruity aroma are developed from a combination of hops.
4.2% Our Hoppy Golden Ale is brewed as a traditional English session bitter, using a good balance of American Summit and Cluster hops gently added late in the boil, and a touch of roasted barley to give it an inviting copper colour.

3.8% A pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing of a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end.
3.5% A subtle injection of Elder Flowers defines this beer. Unlike some other brews of this type, there is no heavy floral scent, but more of the tiniest hint of this spring bloom. This beer has plenty of character and a lovely bitter finish.
