HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT

Hereinafter referred to as the owner of the one part:- which expression shall mean and include her
heirs, legal representatives, administrators, executors, and assigns: and in favor of tenant address


Hereinafter called the tenant of the others part which expression shall were the contests so admits be
include his legal heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and assigns.
Whereas, the owner is the absolute owner in possession of the premises fully described here in below in
schedule let out the above mentioned property.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AND ITS HERE BY AGREED AND DECLARED BY AND BETWEEN THE
PARTIES HERE TO AS FOLLOWS:-
1. The rent agreement shall commence from date mentioned to 11 (Eleven) months and tenant is liable to pay
rent from the date of this agreement.
2. The agreed rent of the schedule premises shall be Rs. xxxx/- (xxxx rupees only) per month, excluding of
water and electricity charges, the tenancy month shall be the English calendar month.
3. The tenant has to pay a security deposit of Rs. xxxx/- (xxxx rupees only) to the owner for the schedule
premises by way of cash.
4. The receipt of the above deposit shall be acknowledged by owner and the said security deposit amount
shall be repayable y the owner to the tenant at the time of vacating and delivering the vacant possession of
the schedule premises to the owner, without any interest.
5. The owner shall have liberty to inspect the schedule property.
6. The tenant shall pay the electricity & water charges to the concerned department regularly, and shall
handover the receipts to the owner at the time of vacating the schedule premises.
7. The tenant shall not sub-let the schedule premises to any other person without the written consent of the
owner.
8. The tenant shall not make any material alteration or additions to the schedule property.
9. The tenant shall not cause any damage to the schedule premises and shall keep the schedule premises in
good & tenantable conditions except usual wear & tear.
10. The tenant here by agrees that he will do the painting for the schedule premises at his own cost at the time
of vacating the schedule property, and handover the schedule premises in good condition. If the tenant has
to vacate within six months, he doesnt have to pay painting charges.
11. Breach of any covenant by the tenant/owner entire the owner to terminate this rent agreement after the 1
(One) month notice and take back the possession of the schedule premises.
12. The tenant here by agrees that after the completion of 11 months the rent shall been increase of 5% only.
