Dear Niphi

The atomatic encashment shold be done by the system on the 7 th working day after normal retirement, repeat
normal retirement cases only in case of executives.

No other validation is required as the amount will go to the personal account of the concerned executive.

As far as employees are concrened you may like to take a clarification in this regard from Head-ER.
