110 PLUS UNDERLAYMENT

A cement-based, self-leveling, poured-in-place floor
underlayment. It can be used to level precast or cast-in-place
concrete floors prior to the installation of finished floor materials.
It can accept foot traffic in 4 hours and full service within 24
hours.
Sonoflow

A flowable, self-leveling underlayment for uneven, rough or

deteriorated floors. It can be extended with aggregate for
thicker pours and subsequent lower installed costs. It is
compatible with most radiant heating floor systems.
Thoro

Underlayment Self-Leveling
A one-component, extended healing time, cementitious
underlayment for leveling concrete and sound wood floors prior
to the installation of carpet, tile or other flooring systems. The
final flooring system can be installed in 24 hours.
MASTERTOP

Topping 112
A self-leveling cementitious polymer-modified industrial topping
for leveling and/or resurfacing distressed industrial concrete
floors. It is highly fluid and pumpable for fast installation, and
gains rapid strength for fast turnaround time.
MB PRIMER II
A single component latex copolymer primer, tinted light blue to
facilitate even coverage. Easy 1:1 mixing with water. An optional
primer accelerator is available. Primarily used as a primer for
both MASTERTOP

MASTERCRON

A ready-to-use mineral-aggregate dry shake

surface hardener available in 24 standard colors, including light
reflective formulations. It increases the wear resistance of a
concrete floor surface, extends the service life, and creates a
high density and easy-to-clean surface with increased
resistance to liquid penetration.
MASTERCRON

Ff
A mineral-aggregate dry shake surface hardener and flatness
enhancer specifically developed for floors designed to conform to
a flatness designation. It provides greater surface density than
plain concrete for resistance to oil and grease penetration.
MAXIMENT

A ready-to-use mineral-aggregate dry shake

hardener that provides increased water resistance at a moderate
cost. It is recommended for both indoor and outdoor floors in
areas that require increased wear resistance, as well as floors
that are frequently or continually wet.
MAXIMENT

HD
An abrasion-resistant mineral-aggregate dry shake hardener
that provides maximum hard aggregate surface density and
allows application of the dry shake from moderate to heavier
rates in one application, thereby optimizing mechanical
application techniques. Recommended for indoor concrete floor
installations requiring increased wear resistance.

MASTERPLATE

200
A metallic-aggregate dry shake hardener for areas requiring
greater abrasion and impact resistance, and areas subject to
heavy or frequent traffic. It provides a high-density surface with
increased resistance to liquid penetration, and is available in
light reflective formulations.

Ff
A metallic-aggregate dry shake surface hardener and flatness
enhancer especially developed for floors designed to conform to
a specific flatness designation. It provides greater abrasion and
impact resistance than mineral aggregate hardeners and
toppings, and leaves a denser surface.
LUMIPLATE

A non-oxidizing ferrosilicon metallic-aggregate dry shake

surface hardener ideal for industrial floors requiring added
abrasion and impact resistance. It provides greater surface
density, and increased resistance to penetration by oil, grease,
hydraulic fluids, many industrial chemicals, and is available in a
light-reflective formula.
MASTERPLATE

DPS
A metallic-aggregate, spark-resistant dry shake
surface hardener recommended for areas where static charges
are continually generated. Its impact resistance is twice that of
plain concrete, and it provides a greater surface density with
increased resistance to penetration by oil, grease, hydraulic
fluids, and many industrial chemicals.

APS 2011
A 100% solids, pigmented hybrid polymer blend of
rapid-curing resins floor coating or topcoat. Used as
a coating for concrete warehousing and commercial
storage facilities; light manufacturing and assembly
facilities; food and beverage facilities; hospitals; schools;
new or repair applications that require quick turnaround.
Contains no solvents; fast cure rates; low odor allows
installation in occupied areas; nonflammable,
noncombustible, and noncorrosive;
various surface textures can be achieved.
High-Build Primer
A 100% solids epoxy primer to fill highly profiled
floors. It can be installed in one lift to a thickness of
150 mils. It can be pigmented with a choice of nine
colors and should be topcoated with the appropriate

Sonoplex

Epoxy Surfacer
A durable, 100% solids, high-build epoxy topcoat
designed for medium to heavy traffic areas. It provides
both chemical and abrasion resistance in a variety of
environmental conditions. It can be pigmented in a
choice of nine separate colors.
Prime and Kote
A dual-purpose, waterborne, two-component epoxy
coating that can be used as a base primer or as a
finish coat in areas where a low-odor installation is
desired. It is a fast drying product that allows
minimum downtime between coats and quicker return
to service.
Sonothane

VOC
A one-component, high solids, VOC-compliant
polyurethane coating with high gloss. It is designed for
interior use in areas where aesthetics and
performance are preferred. It can be colored with
separate color additives in nine different colors, or can
be used as a clear topcoat for decorative aggregate
broadcast systems.
Sonoglaze

VOC
A one-component, UV resistant aliphatic, VOC-
compliant polyurethane coating that can be used in
interior or exterior application. It can be pigmented or
used as a highly durable clear topcoat for a variety of
decorative systems.

MASTERTOP

1182
A heavy-duty epoxy and metallic-aggregate trowel
down floor topping designed to provide excellent
abrasion resistance and high impact tolerance. It is
measurably tougher than concrete and has good
chemical resistance. It provides a very strong bond to
concrete, and is nonflammable, noncombustible, and
solvent free.

APS 2051
A 100% solids, hybrid polymer blend of rapid-
curing resins combined with a silica aggregate blend.
Trowel-applied floor system for seamless 3/16 to
1/4 installations. Designed for industrial and
manufacturing facilities, and floor areas that are prone
to traffic and abuse such as beverage plants, dairies,
breweries, high usage mechanical and shop floors,
loading docks and staging areas, and aisleways and
other high-traffic areas. Contains no solvents; cures
quickly from 40F to 90F, excellent bond to concrete;
good abrasion resistance; greater toughness and good
chemical resistance.

An extra heavy-duty metallic-aggregate industrial floor
topping which provides extra protection for areas
subject to concentrated or high-frequency traffic and
highpoint loads. It offers extremely high compressive
and flexural strengths, and resists oil, grease, and
many industrial chemicals.

Topping 112
A self-leveling cementitious polymer-modified

Anvil-Top 300
A heavy-duty metallic-aggregate industrial floor
topping which provides extra protection against
abrasion and impact for high-traffic areas such as
loading docks, heavy equipment manufacturing,
and waste collection and transfer stations. It has
a high-slump screedable consistency, extended
working time, and compressive strengths equivalent or
superior to no-slump toppings. Resistant to oil,
grease, and many industrial chemicals.

MASTERFILL

300i
A semi-rigid, 100 % solids epoxy joint filler used
for filling non-moving concrete joints or filling and
sealing wire slots in concrete pavement. The
economical filler is conveniently mixed at a 1:1
volume ratio and provides protection and prevention of
spalling in non-moving control and relief joints
in manufacturing, warehouse and commercial
applications.
Polyurea
MASTERFILL

400 CT
A two-component, polyurea control joint filler with
rapid gel and tack free times for faster turnaround of
horizontal joints in concrete, industrial floors, runways,
highways, bridges, plazas, water treatment and
sewage plants. This VOC compliant and solvent free
system provides resistance to chemicals, abrasion,
hydrocarbon attack, corrosion and bonds to dissimilar
substrates when applied.
