PREFACE
Practical study is an integral part of our B.B.A. program. The objective of
the practical training in S.Y.B.B.A. is to develop among the students feeling
industrial environment. Industrial training plays an important role to develop the
practical view point of students also making them aware about the problems,
opportunities and situation of industrial unit. By visiting the company the B.B.A.
students can not only know the theoretical aspects but also acquire the practical
application of the theory studies by us.
These visits assist students to the organization and observe the real life
situation existing in them. This will help them to relate how to put the theory into
practical use. Thus this practical training will be of great help to the students to
survive in the cutthroat competition and be successful also.

HISTORY:

The dream of late RAKESHH R. Patel and MAHESH S Patel proprietor of


the KHUSHI CHEMICAL PVT LTD. established the company with the capital of
60 lacs at CHHATRAL.

The foundation stone laid down by late RAKESH Patel on 17-12-2005 at 2.5
acres land acquired CHHATRAL. In order to set up CHEMICAL plant under the
operation CHEMICAL programme launched by ultimately a real shape of to days
modern complex.

By having KHUSHI CHEMICAL can meet with future challenges to collect


the entire CHEMICAL produced in district, processing and manufacturing quality
chemical products to satisfy the customers.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

1)

FERRIC CHLORIDE ANHYDROUS:

Our range of anhydrous ferric chloride (chemical ferric chloride anhydrous


also known as iron chloride anhydrous) is an industrial scale commodity
chemical compound. Available in the chemical formula of FeC13, these
products are deliquescent in form and forming hydrated hydrogen chloride
mists in moist air. These anhydrous ferric chloride are strong Lewis acid and
are used as a catalyst in organic synthesis.

2)IRON CHLORIDE ANHYDROUS:

This chemical is prepared by direct chlorination of iron with


chlorine. The condensation of the sublimed products produces
ferric chloride anhydrous/iron chloride anhydrous. This product is
used as disinfectant and cattle feed-additive.

3) FERRIC CHLORIDE HEXAHYDRATE :

Our ranges of ferric chloride hexa hydrates are available in the form
of crystals. Available in the chemical formula of FeC13.6H20, these
are used as catalyst in organic synthesis.

4) FERRIC CHLORIDE LUMPS :

Available in crystal form in white in color and is offered in bags of different


sizes. We have the capability to deliver these ferric chloride lumps/hexa
hydrates in customized packaging as per the needs of the clients.

5) FERRIC CHLORIDE LIQUID:


We manufacture ferric chloride chemical that is solution of iron 3 chloride
(FeC13) in water. This product is manufactured by using high quality raw
material in an oxidation process using. Chlorine as well as ferrous chloride
solution.

This chemical is combination of ferric and water and

is

available in different sizes of tightly closed containers.


These are stable under ordinary conditions of use and are
orange to brown in color.

6) COPPER SULPHATE POWDER:


We offer copper sulphate powder that comes in the chemical formula
CuSO4. Available as a series of compounds, our copper suphate anhydrous
differs in the degree of hydration. The copper sulphate is available in
powdered form in pale green as well as gray-white color.

7) COPPER SULPHATE ANHYDROUS:


Our copper sulphate anhydrous in chemical formula CuSO4 is
offered in a series of compounds. These products differ in the
degree of hydration. We offer our copper sulphate anhydrous
available in both pale green & gray white color in powdered form.

8) COPPER SUPHATE CRYSTAL:

We offer to our clients copper sulphate crystal that is high in quality


and is available at competitive rates. These are widely used across
various industries.

9) COPPER SULPHATE HEPTA HYDRATES:

This chemical is blue in color and can be availed in crystal form.


We have the capability to offer these chemicals in customized
packaging as per the specific needs pf the clients.

10) CUPROUS CHLORIDE:

Our range of cuprous chloride is copper chloride, is the lower chloride of


copper and is available in the chemical formula of CUCI. Colorless solid,
this is almost insoluble in water. Our cuprous chloride is also has the ability
to oxidize in air to green CuC12.

11) CUPROUS CHLORIDE POWDER:


We have for our clients our cuprous chloride powder that is used as a
catalyst for different organic reactions. Our range of CUCI is insoluble in
water but soluble in aqueous solutions. These products contain suitable do

12) CUPRICCHLORIDE (ANHYDROUS) :

We offer cupric sulphate that comes in the chemical formula CuSO4. Available
as a series of compounds, our copper sulphate differs in the
degree of hydration. The copper sulphate is available in powdered form in

FACILITIS TO THE WORKERS


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: The companys employees are been selected on the basis of educations
necessary. There are many uneducated workers in the organization. In company
the training about work is provided by the management. Small workers are trained
by the superiors of the organization. Due to training the efficiency of workers
increases which becomes helpful for the management.
As the time passes, servile technological advancement taken place and
along with the organization keeping pace with the development technology it is
also important to import proper knowledge and develop competencies of the
employee to meet challenges of the new technology and hence for this training of
employee is very important to time to time.

Their various type of training i.e. induction training, job training


promotion training and refresh training. gives this type of training. This type of
training is given to new entered employee in organization.
Training is an activity of increasing knowledge and skill of employees
for doing a particular job. Training is required to increase the productivity and to
improve the quality in the organization. Most of all the manager staff various
types of facility are provide like. Mobile, laptop etc.

UNIFORM: - All the workers in the organization are provided two dresses
during a year.

MEDICAL: - There is a medical dispensary in the organization, which


provides safety to the worker during their work. Medical treatment and check up
is done of the staff members.

CANTEEN: - Canteen facility is also provided to the all organization


members. The canteen is running on the contract basis. In canteen lunch, dinner,
snacks and tea is provided at cheap rate.

WAGES AND SALARIES STRACTURE

The KHUSHI CHEMICAL PVT. LTD. pays wages mostly on monthly


basis. Salary normally paid to clerical administrative and professional employees
on monthly basis. Companys directors decide the wages and salary policy at the
unit.
Wages and salary is important factors by which company can satisfy
their employees. If company provide good wages and salary to their employees,
