PREFACE
Practical study is an integral part of our B.B.A. program. The objective of
the practical training in S.Y.B.B.A. is to develop among the students feeling
industrial environment. Industrial training plays an important role to develop the
practical view point of students also making them aware about the problems,
opportunities and situation of industrial unit. By visiting the company the B.B.A.
students can not only know the theoretical aspects but also acquire the practical
application of the theory studies by us.
These visits assist students to the organization and observe the real life
situation existing in them. This will help them to relate how to put the theory into
practical use. Thus this practical training will be of great help to the students to
survive in the cutthroat competition and be successful also.
I have visit of 21 day in KHUSHI CHEMICAL PVT, LTD. for my
practical program and it was a wonderful experience of my life.

The foundation stone laid down by late RAKESH Patel on 17-12-2005 at 2.5
acres land acquired CHHATRAL. In order to set up CHEMICAL plant under the
operation CHEMICAL programme launched by ultimately a real shape of to days
modern complex.

Our ranges of ferric chloride hexa hydrates are available in the form
of crystals. Available in the chemical formula of FeC13.6H20, these
are used as catalyst in organic synthesis.

We offer cupric sulphate that comes in the chemical formula CuSO4. Available
as a series of compounds, our copper sulphate differs in the
degree of hydration. The copper sulphate is available in powdered form in
pale green as well as gray-white color.
Avail from us a wide range of cupric chloride that is available in pure form
and is used across industries as catalyst. It is also used to manufacture dyes.
Our chemical is a combination of copper and assay and is offered in green
colored powder form.

Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective
employee and stimulating them apply for jobs in the organization.
The process of recruitment of this company is a different to
the other company. When the recruitment of any employee in the
company so that time this company give advertise in the different news
papers and internet. It is depend on its requirement of people in the
company when the company requires some technical persons in the
company so they give advertise in Ad. Through, internal employees,
Data bank, Nokari.com, concerneltant through when companies
required some professional persons so they give advertise in times of
India etc.

requirement also like when some position is blank so some internal

(A)CURRENT RATIO :This most widely used ratio shows the proportion of current assets to
current liabilities. It is also known as working capital ratio the ratio is obtained
by dividing current assets by the current liabilities.
