Problem solving Capability in IBM, HP and Dell Hardware.
Perform deskside support service per Clients predefined/location specific service process.
Imaging/ReImaging end user desktop and laptop machines.
Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.
Network printer installation/configuration.
Laptop manage and configuring Wireless and Bluetooth.
Microsoft Office tools configure and troubleshooting MS Outlook and Outlook Express and Data backup.
Printer installation Configure and Troubleshooting. Antivirus Scanning etc.

Knowledge and Skills:
Installation & configuration of LAN (Win XP, Windows 7 & Windows Server 2008 Environment):-
Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs.
Fault finding & trouble shooting of Monitor, SMPS, and Mother Board.
Installation of Operating Systems Win XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8
Installation of various software.
Installation of device drivers & hardware components.
Configuration of Printer, Modem, Scanner.
