COMMENCEMENT
The MOU will have efect from the date of sign
Purpose: Our mutual concern is maximizing the potential of institutions with the
aspirants. Supporting each other and building long lasting relations between two
entities.
Duration: The MOU shall be for a period of One year from __________ to __________
unless any of the parties revokes it. The renewal of the MOU for a subsequent period
must be made in writing by Confuence Educational Services Pvt Ltd, 30 days prior to
the end of this MOU.

Training: Upon MOU exchange we are hereby obliged to train and mentor your working
team by visiting your ofce or through Skype, sharing customized training manual to
streamline your business performance, for every three months our representative will
visit your ofce.
Support: Post MOU exchange, both parties agrees to exchange support during
campaigns as and when we need in the form of skilled counselor, power point
presentations and any other promotional material we are willing to consider and make
you successful.
Mutual Trust: The frst party and the second party hereby agree to be trust worthy in
all the deals agreed here after signing the MOU. None of the parties are supposed to give
any kind of wrong commitments to the candidate. Both the parties should adhere to be
ethical in all the practices.
Documentation: _____________________ shall carry out check of applicants papers
required for VISA and should use proper vigil. We shall be responsible for any legal
problem arising out of fraudulent activity / manipulation of student visa documentation
papers and drafts mismanagement.

Forms/ Website, and has no authority to confrm student registration on a full-time
course until Confuence Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. confrms the acceptance of a
student through the usual University procedures in writing.
Commission Structure: The frst party hereby agrees to pay the Associate commission
as follows.
Payment Cycle: Vary from intake to intake and university to university, usually between
60 and 120 days or commission remittance whichever is earlier.

1.The above all our direct universities and colleges as and when we get new universities we
will update you with the referral incentive.
2.If a student got rejected based on fraudulent education or fnancial documents, we are not
responsible for the student would have to abide by the refund policy of the
University.
3.Students failed to report scores before the deadline at the respective university and we
cant pursue for ofer letter.
4.If a student failed to submit necessary documents, fees and fnancial documents before
issuing CAS/ECOE, we are not responsible for the outcome.
5.Post visa student failed to enroll in the university or failed to continue we will no longer
claim invoice.
6.We have to manage and meet the expectations of every university & college for every
intake.
7.If student didn't get the admissions or visas we won't refund if any processing fee paid
8.All payments attract TDS & Service Tax.
