1. QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy putty is the only full strength steel epoxy product that fully
cures in one hour. Quiksteel- FSL epoxy putty sets up in 5 minutes, dries steel hard in
15 minutes, and is fully cured in one hour.

FAST DRYING: Quiksteel- FSL epoxy putty sets up in 5
minutes, is hard like steel in 15 minutes, and is
completely cured and ready to drill, sand, tap, prime, and
paint in one hour.

STRONG:
SHEAR STRENGTH- QUIKSTEEL- FSL Epoxy putty has
shear strength of 680 pounds per square inch for
comparison; pine lumber has shear strength of 400
pounds per square inch. Quiksteel- FSL epoxy putty is
more 'than one and one-half times as strong as pine.

TENSILE STRENGTH - QUIKSTEEL- FSL Epoxy putty
has a tensile strength of 5,700 pounds per square inch.
This would mean that a piece at Quiksteel one-inch in
diameter could lift the weight of two compact automobiles.

HARD: QUIKSTEEL- FSL Epoxy putty is one of the
hardest materials next to steel. Technically, it is rated at D-84. "D" is the highest hardness
rating in the shore rating system.

Quiksteel- FSL epoxy putty can be compared to ABS plastic (material used to manufacture
automobiles) or the fiber epoxy wings on the B2 bomber.
When cured, QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy putty can be machined, milled, or turned on a lathe. It
can also be drilled, tapped, sanded, sawed, routed, primed and painted. Anything you can do
to metal or wood - you can do to QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy putty.

SEALS LEAKS UNDER WATER OR IN FLUIDS: QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy putty cures under
water and in all atmospheric conditions. Leaks can be sealed inside a container, tank, etc with
liquids still in the item to be sealed.

SEALS LEAKS WHILE LEAK IS OCCURRING: if a gasoline or diesel-tank, oil pan, or any
container has a rupture, Quiksteel will seal the leak while the drainage is occurring. No need
to empty container prior to repair.

IMPERVIOUS TO CHEMICALS: QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy putty is impervious to most
chemicals including battery acids.

STEEL REINFORCED: QUIKSTEEL EPOXY putty has the maximum holding power because
it is steel reinforced and manufactured using the highest grades of epoxy. A repair by
Quiksteel epoxy putty is almost as strong as steel.
WITHSTANDS TEMPERATURES OF 500F (260C) OR MORE: QUIKSTEEL- FSL epoxy
putty maintains its qualities when exposed to a continuous temperature of 500F (260C) and
550F (288C) intermittently.

RESISTANT TO VARIABLE HARMONIC VIBRATIONS: QUIKSTEEL- FSL is uniquely
capable of withstanding variable harmonic vibrations caused by oscillating (AC) current.
Repairs made to AC electrical equipment (rectifiers, power transformers, motors,
insulators.) with QUIKSTEEL- FSL will therefore prove highly durable & effective.
