GE Busducts System
GE busduct system is custom designed to meet GE high quality standards as well as specific project specification requirement such as climatic conditions, site environments, equipment terminations, space restriction and limitations. These and many others application requirements are evaluated to provide the optimum system to meet the project needs. GE Busduct system connects to equipment in any numbers of combinations including switchgear to switchgear, switchgear to transformers, and generators to auxiliary compartments.
GE Busduct system is outsourced from a qualified manufacturer in China to fit with our customer requirement on the package project from the upstream to downstream.
GE maintains the quality by providing regular quality assessment and guarantees the products as per GE General Terms and Conditions for any sold items from our above- qualified manufacturer.
Our outsource partner is a professional company in manufacturing and provide services of the products since 1986 with its staffs of 275 employees. They have a world class manufacturing and testing as well as laboratory facilities.

Iso-Phase Busduct (IPB)
Specifically designed for power plant and large switching station applications, the All- welded isolated phase busduct provides reliable operation with a minimum of maintenance.
This design eliminates common problems in connecting main generators to main transformers, unit transformers and auxiliary equipment in generating stations.
Each phase is mounted in individual enclosures. Conductors are air insulated and supported in the center phase enclosures by strategically arranged insulators. Phase-to- phase short circuits are eliminated and no current is induced in the steelwork, cables, pipes or other metal structures in close proximity to the bus.
The system is electrically continuous with all three phase enclosures bonded at the generator and transformer ends. The induced current flow in each is equal to the conductor current flow, but in an opposite direction. As a result, there is no flux external to the enclosure and no risk of current loss due to damaging inductive heating. Shielding provided by the enclosure reduces magnetic forces on conductors and stress on insulators as well.

Our outsourced Non-Segregated Phase Busduct has been designed to meet specific installation requirements for reliable power distribution.
Typical of such applications are the connections from transformers to switchgear assemblies in substations, connections from switchgear lineup to generators, and tie connections between switchgear to switchgear.
Non-Segregated Phase Busduct is an assembly of bus conductors with associated connections, joints and insulating supports enclosed within a metal enclosure without inter-phase barriers.
Because of its compact dimensions, relative light weight, and user-friendly design, non- segregated phase bus duct is easy to install.

Segregated Phase Busduct (SPB)
Our outsourced Segregated Phase Busduct has a good short circuit withstand capability.
Enclosures are fabricated from aluminum as standard to have better heat dissipation and also eliminating the eddy current effect throughout the busduct run. Enclosures are welded for maximum rigidity. Removable covers are secured with bolts for ease of access when making joints and subsequent periodic inspections.
Enclosures are painted with a baked-on polyester powder coat paint system resulting in a very durable finish with uniform thickness and gloss.
The standard color is RAL7032 light gray. Special paint colors are available upon request.
Product Features - Standard aluminum housing provides durability and product integrity - Standard finish is a baked on epoxy powder coating, which provides excellent mechanical strength, is scratch resistant and resists chalking caused by ultraviolet rays. - An epoxy insulation process ensures optimum conductor protection reducing the possibility of corona and electrical tracking. - Copper or Aluminum busbar with all joint surfaces tin or silver plated to ensure maximum conductivity through the joints. - Product design and manufacturing meets requirements of IEC, GB and JB standards. - A full family of fittings and accessories to meet any application requirements. - High short circuit ratings optimize coordination between bus duct and power equipment - Easy installation allows for a lower installation cost in comparison to power cable.
