SYNOPSIS The aim of this course is to build an understanding of the theories,
techniques and current practices of workforce planning and its
theoretical and practical relationship with current effective practices
of recruitment and selection. At the end of the course, students will
understand the causal relationship between human resource planning,
recruitment and selection and how the effective products of each
function can be translated into a successful organization.

teori, teknik dan amalan semasa berhubung dengan perancangan
tenaga kerja dan hubungan teori dan praktikalnya dengan amalan
semasa pengambilan dan pemilihan yang berkesan. Di akhir kursus
ini, pelajar akan memahami hubungkait antara perancangan,
pengambilan dan pemilihan sumber manusia dan bagaimana hasil
yang efektif bagi setiap fungsi ini boleh diterangkan organisasi yang
