Description: We have told about various Government Health Schemes And about
nutritions
Innovative ideas used by students:usually when we provide phemplets to public
they throw them but what we did there we have given suggestion to concerned
health post doctor to attach this phemplets with prescription because of that
people didnt ignore them and usually read atleast one time

II. Requirements from hospitals received - names of hospitals (attach the
lists along with this document)- IN koliwada worli health post
DR.yashasree keni Suggested to provide more Basic life support
training to patients

III. Corporate houses identified, how many are visited, overall response, -
we have visited vikroli 247 park and there we have visited CAPGEMINI
consulting ,technology ,outsourcing and Then we visited WESPRO digital
PVT.LTD Dadar for raising funds from there we got email id of the HR
person to take appointment. After that we make an email to their HR
person for requesting them to give appointment and WE Have also make
call to Assets reconstruction India Ltd in Dadar west but they refuses to
give appointment.

Anything else which you want to share

On 4th october We have visited to corporates for raising funds and on 6th
october it was sunday there were no health post were open so we have usually
make reports.
