1. Project Name: eNB-CAS Production Support & Maintenance

Client Name: Metlife
Project Description: Metlife – Client Acquisition System (CAS) is a web based system
that underwriters use to evaluate and issue policies for individuals. CAS by itself does not
issue policies; instead it prepares cases for issue by other systems called placement/admin
systems. CAS on a nightly basis sends feeds of issued/declined cases to different admin
systems based on the product.
Metlife Client Acquisition System is a maintenance project which involves
production support, bug fixes, minor and major enhancements. The maintenance includes
the reduction of the number of production issues by installing permanent fixes. Minor and
major enhancements to improve the functional aspects of the applications are also
undertaken.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Played a key role in this project both as a developer and as a lead.
• Involved in analysis, design, coding and testing.
 • Developed many utilities that have reduced the number of person hours greatly.
• Have automated many processes that were carried out manually.
• Significantly achieved the automation of CAS Servers – Health Check, Spider
Servers – Health Check, and eNB/CAS reporting tasks.

2. Project Name: Metlife- eNewBusiness Tracking & Communication

Client Name: Metlife
Project Description: Metlife – eNewBusiness Tracking & Communication (eNB-T&C)
provides the franchises sales offices with a web-enabled tracking and communication
system. The application will provide the three main user groups in the sales office (Clerk,
Manager, and Producer) with the ability to track the various cases. It interacts with number
of systems like CAS, eOE etc. It also provides two way messaging vehicle that allows the
sales office to communicate with users within the system and with other systems like CAS
and eOE.
This is a maintenance project that involves production support, bug fix, minor and
major enhancements. The maintenance work includes reduction of number of production
issues by installing permanent fixes as well as solving the critical bugs reported by client.
Minor and major enhancements to improve the functional aspects of the applications are
also undertaken.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Played a key role in this project as a developer.
• Involved in the analysis, design, coding and testing for CM Release 8.1.
• Was responsible for understanding the business requirements and identifying the
relevant functional and technical requirements.
• Was also responsible for developing the prototype and providing functionality.
• Involved in the Offshore and Onsite co-ordination during the Requirements
Analysis, development and testing phase and also in the creation of Unit Test Cases.
 3. Project Name: Docucorp Online Presentment

Project Description: Metlife Docucorp Online Presentment is an enhancement as well as a
development project. The Docucorp Online Presentment involves many applications such
as CDI, STORES, MLBTF/MLBSI, LMI. Minor and major enhancements to improve the
functional aspects of these applications are also undertaken.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Played a key role both as a developer and as a lead.
• Actively involved in analysis, design, coding and testing during the various
enhancements in LMI, MLBTF, STORES, CASIAA, BSF/BSFLite, MLBSI.
• Was responsible for analyzing and providing solutions to various production issues.
• Used various programming languages like JAVA, J2EE, SQL and DB2, XML,
HTML, Java Script, Shell script.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Appreciated for my performance and knowledge during the automation phase of
various CAS Utilities (eNB-CAS Production Support & Maintenance).
