General 1. The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any
Terms & circumstances.
Condition
2. EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be
accepted.
3. The offer shall be valid for 148 days from the date of
submission of Bid.
4. Tenders without Tender document fees, Earnest Money
Deposit (EMD) and which do not fulfill all or any of the
condition or submitted incomplete in any respect will be
rejected.
5. Not more than one tender for single work shall be submitted
by a tenderer.
6. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
7 GWSSB reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer
based on evaluation of package or reject any or all tenders
without assigning any reason.
8. The Notice shall form a part of contract document.
9. The tenderers are advised to read carefully the “Instruction “
and “Eligibility” Criteria” contained in the tender documents.

12 Bidders who wish to participate in e-Tender need to fill date in
predefined forms of tender fee, EMD PQ (Technical) OR
experience details and Price bid only.
13 Bidder should upload scan copies of reference documents in
support of their eligibility of the bid.
14 After filling data in predefined forms bidders need to click on
final submission link to submit their encrypted bid.
15 1 % Labour cess to be deducted from each & every Bill
16 Demand Draft for E.M.D. & Tender Fee shall be submitted in
electronic format only through online (by scanning) while
uploading bid. This submission shall mean that EMD & Tender
fee are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly

Engineer, Public Health Circle, G.W.S. & S. Board, B Das
Laboratory Building, Behind Railway Station, Nadiad within 7
days from the last date of uploading. For not submitting D.D.
in original bidder shall be banned to participate in any tender
of GWSSB for period of 3 years as a penalties action. Any
document in supporting of tender bid shall be submitted in
electronic format only through online (by scanning etc) and
hard copy will not be accepted separately. (Submission of
Tender Document Fees and EMD will not be accepted by
courier)
Other Details Bidders who wish to participate in this E-tender will have to
procure valid digital certificate as per information Technology
Act-2000 Bidders can procure this certificate form any of the
Government approved certifying agency i.e. Tata Consultancy
Services (TCS) Bidders shall upload the tender documents
before submitting the DD for tender fees and FDR/DD for
EMD. The Demand Draft toward Tender Document fees can
be submitted along with Earnest Money Deposit before the
due date as specified above. This should be as per details
given online and it should be drawn before last date of the
uploading of the tender. The intending bidders have to submit
the following documents along with the EMD. The Bidders
should submit all the forms Online only.

The Technical Bid will be opened on the specified date online

GWSSB premise at the time of tender opening can do so. Only
