[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put
out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up
the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]

Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts,
9800 South Oglesby.

Years ago, the King of England would issue a Bill of Attainder,
designating a certain person as an "enemy of the State" -- they
and their family to be banished from the realm. All this without
a verdict of courts of law.

The U.S. Constitution prohibits passing a Bill of Attainder.
Despite this, the federal government has massive computers with a
National Security Index, listing persons who are "enemies of the
State" -- political dissidents, outspoken critics of the
government. In case of a national emergency or other such excuse,
they are to be rounded up and shipped off to concentration camps
in remote areas.

All that, and more, without a verdict of courts of law.

The National Security Index includes, but is not limited to, the
following:

1) Illegal Tax Protesters -- ITP -- those who agitate against the
state and federal income tax. For example, those who claim the
16th amendment to the federal Constitution was fraudulently
obtained (Remember, the 16th amendment underlies the IRS), and
those who claim the IRS does not follow their own rules.

2) Members of groups who agitate against corruption of local,
state, and federal officials.

3) Certain college professors and other educators who advocate
ways to combat what they perceive as unfair government policies.

4) Members of "Posse Comitatus" [CN -- literally, "power or
authority of the county"] who advocate use of the local county
power to remedy lawlessness of government officials.

5) Members of groups that agitate against the ultra-rich, who
label such groups "reds", or "communists".

6) Those who advocate the second amendment; that is, the federal
Constitutional right to bear arms to offset the tyranny of the
central government.

7) Witnesses whose testimony could be used to finger high
government officials for crimes... such as treason!


Some very well-informed people believe that, over and above listing such
groups and persons in a national computer, that there are "death squads"
-- right here in the United States! Now we know there *are* death squads
used to torture and "snuff out" dissidents in Central and South America.
A west coast editor and publisher, Harry Martin, states, "Three city of
Chicago firemen, ex-Green Berets, have murdered key witnesses in
California in the Inslaw affair." -- a mess that was the subject of a
hushed-up federal grand jury in Chicago, investigating treason committed
by the Reagan and Bush White Houses, theft of high technology, and
secretly sold to sworn enemies of the United States, such as Iraq and
Iran and others. According to the report, a west coast district attorney
is aware of the Chicago-based death squad.

For the Justice Department, supervising the grand jury was former Chicago
federal district judge Nicholas J. Bua, also North American head of the
super-secret Freemason society, P-2, dedicated -- now get this -- to the
overthrow of representative government, [e.g., in] Italy, England,
France, and the United States.

We complained to Bua, to no avail, that some 40 federal grand jury
witnesses were murdered! Including two journalists and an official of the
Chicago federal bankruptcy court. It became the subject of an
unpublicized federal district court suit here -- number 92 C 6217 --
which the crooked judges here put out of court, without legal formality.
