Annexure –I: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Panel Frames are fabricated out of 16 Gauge M.S. sheet folder section to
provide strength to weight ration. The Partition Channels are also
fabricated out of 2.00mm M.S sheet to Provide
The doors fitted well in the cubicle slots of the panel name. To make the
panel’s tight, dust and vermin proof, a high grade PVC beading is used on
projected edge in windows. To prevent a dust proof joint, a layer of 3-
5mm foam is provided on the inner side of the door
The metal surface of the panels, we have an elaborate and scientific
system of painting. After cleaning the surface in 7 tank process powder
coating is done for long life impression

Annexure-IV TERM & CONDITIONS

TAXES : VAT @ 14% inclusive

PAYMENT . (Fifty) 50 % Value of order as advance with order.
. Balance against inspection/delivery ex-works, Jaipur
DELIVERY : Four to six Weeks from the date of receipt of your firm and fully clarified
order, and approved drawing or as mentioned in the main offer.
GUARANTEE : We guarantee the equipment for satisfactory performance for a period of 10
months from the date of commissioning or 12 months from the date of
dispatch whichever is earlier. Any defects arising during the above period
purely due to faulty design or workmanship will be rectified/replaced free of
cost. However in respect of switchgear, relays and metering instruments our
guarantee is limited to that obtained in turn by us from our supplier.
VALIDITY : Our above after is valid for your acceptance for a period or 30 days from
above date. Thereafter subject to our confirmation from time to time.
DISPATCH : The goods can be dispatched as per your instruction by rail/road at your
risk.
FREIGHT Freight shall be borne by you.
