Checkouts UK entity (Checkout Ltd) is a full fledged European acquirer through its principal membership of VISA
Europe & MasterCard
Checkouts UK entity (Checkout Ltd) is authorised as a Payment Institution license by the UK Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) with full passporting rights across the SEPA region (license # 584615)
Checkout processing solutions are not limited to Europe, as it caters to the Indian & APAC markets through its
acquiring partnership with Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) and the CEMEA market via its Mauritius partnership
(processing agreements with the 3 largest financial institutions, market cap wise)
In addition to VISA/MC, Checkout is finalizing its global acquiring license with Discover Financial Services and can
also offer direct connections to JCB, CUP & American Express
In order to strengthen the Companys position as prominent global leader in the online payment marketplace, the
management has implemented an ambitious development program for local payments methods, which is
expected to yield 75+ new alternative means of payment on the Checkout.com platform by the end of 2013
Checkouts dedicated account managers and specialist customer support team are available to all merchants on a
24/7/365 basis, across multiple locations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction
The Companys proprietary payment gateway provides an intuitive and transparent user interface, cutting-edge
risk management modules, unique dispute management systems and multiple integration methods
